I brought a bike wheel to this store since I had a flat tire. The labor cost is outrageous. They charged $10 to replace the inner tube, which is something almost everybody can do in less than 5 minutes! This bike shop needs to know that a tire shop charges $10 to repair a flat tire on the car, and this pricing on a bike is ridiculous. Their customer service was also unsatisfactory, they ignored my questions and refused any further discussion. In the end, I was charged $18.12 (Parts for $7.50 and Labor for $10), this is an absurd price for such a simple task.

Larry "Legend" Versino. I left my boys skates there yesterday afternoon to get sharpened...our team found out last night we were playing at 10am in the finals today..and the store does not open until 11am. Larry met me at the store last night so my boys could get their skates...and we won today in the Finals. Larry is the man! Absolutely dedicated guy and its a great store!

Wilmette Bike is the best place around for bikes, backyard ice rink supplies, skates, sticks, etc etc. First class family that runs a first class local business that has adapted to the times while remaining true to who they are and the community they serve.
