I just bought my first road bike from Joe at Ultimate Pro. I had a million questions and that he took his time answering them. Ultimately when it came to a choice between 2 bikes - he recommended the LESS expensive one. They assembled it with some of my concerns in mind (I am a new rider and the bike I test rode felt really low) and took a good amount of time checking the fit. Great experience, especially considering I bought a fairly low end bike.

A few months ago I brought a Felt AR5 to them to have it assembled. Very friendly and definitely know what theyre doing. I did a lot research into shops and settled on Ultimate Property Bikes and I couldnt be happier! They sell quality brands as well, you really cant go wrong.
