My name is Dustin Tervelt and I am the Branch Manager of United Rentals in Chippewa Falls. I ordered two speed limit signs for my construction equipment yard because I was having issues with outside haulers coming in fast and compromising safety. With visibility and readability being the highest concern when safety was involved, I wanted to make sure these signs were of the utmost high quality. When I reached out to Spencer, he took the time to make sure my order was complete and accurate and was exactly what I wanted. When I went to pick up my signs (with very quick turnaround time may I add) They exceed my expectations in every way. We came to Fast Signs with little time before our presentation and our materials while being shipped had not arrived timely. We went to Fast Signs at 4 PM. I asked how fast they were as they closed at 5:30 and I needed a banner and some other display materials printed for our booth and presentation with Menards. They took our Digitals that we had and by 6:30 PM they were completed with the work. Now I owned a sign shop a few years back and can say this was indeed exceptional both with the end product but with the service. Everyone at FastSigns was wonderful and professional. Spencer came out to our business quickly to assess our needs, got us an estimate, and within a week our signs were installed. The signs look awesome and the price was very reasonable. All in all, it was a great experience!
