Im not familiar with returning orders. I was told to bring in my item in for them to return. I wasnt sure of the procedures. Thankfully, I met an associate, I remember clearly her name badge says, Melisa. She was able to assist me through all the problems I had in returning my item back to the company. She was able to reprint my return label & secure my package with extra tape. With her positive attitude and enthusiasm, I got my package ready to go and share some laughter with each other. : )

It was close to closing time and a Friday which I understand that workers want to go home but the lady said "its too close to closing time and I have to open in the morning so come in at 8am". Very unprofessional!!! Very disappointed!!!!
