I was a customer of Insty Prints in E.C. for a 2-3 years. They printed everything from menus to banners for me with very good results UNTIL I questioned a banner that I was being charged upwards of $75 for when I received one the year previous for half that amount. On top of that there was black smudges under some of the lettering. After being a loyal customer I thought for sure they would correct the issue and meet me halfway. They did not and I refused the product as it was not what I requested, they turned me into a collections agency (eyeroll) as a way of getting back at me. Funny thing was that I wasnt refusing to pay for a product, I just wasnt going to pay $75 for a paper banner with black smudges on it! By no means am I that picky of a person but for $75? cmon! BUYER AND LOYAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL BUSINESS THAT STRIVES FOR CUSTOMER SASITFACTION

I recently found Insty-Prints via Google and saw they were offering a coupon for 20% off for new clients. Since I had never been there before I printed the coupon, came in, and talked with Tammy about ordering some business cards for my new small home-based business. She was very nice and showed me several different options for my business cards. I was amazed to find out they have an ongoing "Business Card Special" that included Raised Print. They even honored my 20% off coupon on top of it being a "Special" already!!!! I ended up getting 500 Raised Print business cards that are just GORGEOUS for around $35! Great stuff. I highly recommend!

Wed been sourcing our printing needs out to other companies and were happy with the results. Then we tried these guys - not only did they come in with a better price - but the quality of the materials were 10X what we had been getting. We were blown away. These guys are a great to work with. Were switching the rest of our projects over to them.
