My favorite craft store is Craft Warehouse so you can imagine my excitement when this location opened closer to my home. I went on the opening day so I was afraid that there wouldnt be project inspiration throughout the store like the other location has, but they really thought ahead. Just like the other location, there were completed projects on the shelves above all of the supplies to complete them. I also loved how they arranged the scrapbook supplies by theme instead of brand. The only downside is that this location used to be a Best Buy, so the ceilings are every tall, almost warehouse feeling, which makes the store feel a little cold and less cozy than the other location upon first entering.

I love this store. It is huge with a great product selection and very helpful employees. Craft Warehouse always hires friendly, knowledgeable workers and the store is kept at a nice temperature for shopping comfort. I love to watch for their events - which are well planned and coordinated, and their sales - which are always filled with great bargains. This is my favorite store in Vancouver!

"Crack Warehouse," where a bunch of elderly folks hang out and raid the store. Ive gotten so lost trying to navigate my way through the store because things were all over the place. Youll often find that the sale prices do not apply, since the items were moved from its original location. This store is busy all the time, so finding help is often difficult.

What is not to love? I appreciate the incredibly varied and thorough inventory ie: knitting needles in EVERY size, every color felt tip pen possible... . I also very much appreciate the excellent customer service. Makes all the difference in where I buy my craft supplies. Craft Warehouse is #1 in both of the above.

Craft warehouse will accuse a person of theft by how they appear ie: black hoodie, security accused my daughter of theft with no cause. We will not shop at a store who targets people by the way they dress or look. Terrible customer service. Terrible store.

Big store, with a large variety of items and good selection, but very confusing (apparently) sale policy. The clerk peeled sale stickers off items I bought and charged me full price - without a word.

I am so happy we now have Craft Warehouse in Hazel Dell. Its a beautiful place, the layout is great, its spacious, displays are well done and the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable .

This is a huge craft store. Loads of fabric, glitter, scrapbook supplies and coloring books. Small supply of basic candle and soap making accessories.
