I was here for paint and the service was awesome. I was in the middle of a project when I ran out of paint. No biggie, I had the formula and knew exactly what type to get. But, the store I went to (not this one) had an employee who botched the paint recipe. I noticed once I started painting the wall. I had a wall with two different shades. I tried to finish with the new shade, but it just didnt work I popped over to ACE, the owner helped me, giving me nearly an hour of her time to accomplish what was a nearly impossible task - remixing a half of a gallon of paint (I had used a good chunk of it) to match the color on the quart of paint I had started the wall with originally. Long story short, she nailed it, was kind, patient, and didnt even charge me for the fix. I would definitely go back for any of my paint needs, not to mention any other hardware needs I have.

After buying many high dollar items at Ron Jones over the years I tried to find a chainsaw after a big snowstorm in 2010. The service at Ron Jones was terrible and the selection was ridiculous. I took a chance and tried the Agrishop. Not only were they well stocked, unlike everybody else but their service was outstanding. The gentleman working helped me select the best saw. He then set it up and started it prior to me leaving the store. Ive made several purchases since then and every experience has been the same. Ill never go anywhere else to purchase my big ticket items or have them serviced.

The checker at the front counter (Kristi) had the absolute worst people skills of anyone I have encountered in a very long time. Please take people like this out of any type of customer service occupation... Hey Kristi, why dont you try smiling? She wouldnt understand the definition of customer service if you slapped her in the face with it. Ive been to this store dozens of times with no problem, and its sad one person can ruin it.

Customer service was horrendous. Needed to order a couple of Briggs and Stratton parts and I was basically blown off. They said it would take a long time and cost a lot in shipping and the B/S went on. Very rude attitude all around. I work auto parts now and was a lawn & garden technician for Sears in the past so I know rude B/S when I smell it and it is easy to smell it around agri-shop tacoma.

Cool little hardware store. I hate the big guys (Ill stomach Lowes when necessary), and I like buying from small independent shops when I can. I needed a "washer" but they didnt have what I needed. However, they did have a bushing that fit the bill :D A little trouble with taxonomy, but I got what I needed. Super nice folks, good prices. Give them a try.

Good little hardware store. Ive been in a number of times over the past couple years, Theyre always very helpful (I get asked a few times if I need anything as I wander the store) and actually have a decent selection for such a small spot. Only complaint is the short hours they tend to keep, but its possible to find a time to get over there.

This place has the best customer service of any hardware store in Tacoma Ive been to so far. I get asked if I need help at least two or three times every time I come in, and employees have unpacked items for me to see if they have something. The people working checkout are always warm and friendly too.

Lived in every state in this country and this is by far the most useless store I have ever seen. The ladies cashiers seem nice enough but the men know nothing the place closes really early and on Sunday when people have time it opens at 10 and close at 4 l come one this is not 1950s morman Utah

Amazing customer service. Got some Stihl equipment here they were very helpful with tips and a complete walkthrough for the equipment they even filled and started it to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely going back here for all my Stihl equipment and servicing.

Unlike the big stores, this Ace would not exchange an Ace branded, defective, purchased a week earlier thermostat with receipt due to missing packaging. Theyve lost my business.
