I will never go to this Ace again. Just because my son had his phone and keys in his pocket and it was bulging he the owner/manager accused his of steel by saying wants in your pocket.. This is wrong!!. He has worked sense he was 13 years old and has always worked for someone to accuse him of steeling. He pulled his phone and keys out and there was nothing else....!! He called my company to see if the check was stolen (which is ok) but you dont accuse someone of steeling until you know for sure... even if you have had a lot of things stolen. My 25 year old Son was very upset... I called the store owner and said how can you do what you did. He said what do you want me to do now. I said I want you to call him up and apologize to him and he said I cant do that. There was an older guy who helped my Son out with a piece of pipe and he was very nice.. My Son would have excepted his apology but I guess he was to good to say Im sorry... Good luck with your store Manager/owner. Ace in Browns point is the place to go.. God bless

A great store with high quality. Staff is knowledgeable about their store and very friendly. A great stop for most of your home maintenence needs without having to go across town to the big Lowes or Home Depot.

Customer Service is as good as it gets for a Hardware Store. The same guys always work there. I wish the store was bigger, but it gets the job done. Goatea is conveniently located in the same center.
