First of all, Im a first time home buyer with a fear of heights. So when I walked through their door with a part of a shingle and told them to hook me up, they made sure that I had everything I needed so that I didnt have to come down until the job was done. They even walked me through the process so that I did the job right. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fairly priced for the average consumer. They have a customer for life.

Dont waste your money or time on this place if you have a blacklist option on gps for places to avoid add this, its added to my blacklist. wasted so much time and money here, they dont hire people who know anything about what they sell. If they were strickly a lumber place and not also a hardware store that would be okay. Even then though they got idiots who cant even cut correct measurements given to them or straight cuts.

My axe head sheered off 1 week after purchasing and all I was doing was breaking down wood already cut down. I will not buy from here again. They denied a refund of their faulty axe and said if I was happy, I shouldnt use their axe to cut wood. WHAT ELSE DO YOU USE AN AXE FOR?!?! I will never use them in any future products. I cant trust it....

Awesome place, awesome people. Great customer service, friendly and helpful. They have basically everything you could ever need, at great prices. They close a little early on some days, but its well worth it and way closer than the big stores. I will come here whenever I need anything.

Stood at the counter today for several minutes, while three employees ignored me, two of which carried on a conversation that had nothing to do with work. Ignored so completely they didnt even care when I left. HORRIBLE customer service.
