Excellent customer service here. They always walk me right to where the item I want is located. They never just say an aisle number and point like the bog box stores do. The employee who helped me tonight tried out quite a number of hex bolts and nuts until he found the size that fit my lamp hardware. Wonderful employees that I really appreciate.

Always super helpful. Many quick trips. Easy to get in and out with exactly what you need instead of wondering around the aisles in search of help at Lowes or Home Depot. May cost a premium for the convenience.
