Im here regularly now after time and time again being helped very well by the folks here. The place feels sort of empty when you first start shopping here but Ive never been let down by what they have. One time, one of the employees walked me through the entire process of building a mailbox post, saved me at least two trips back and it came together really well. Another time, they saved me $25 for a drill bit I didnt need and talked me into the cheaper concrete mix because it would work fine for what I needed. That kind of service will keep me coming back over and over. Have replaced probably 75% of my trips to Home Depot and Lowes with this place and another place close by.

Wandered in on a Sunday afternoon looking for replacement light bulbs. The place was empty save for the two employees at the checkout stand. Neither offered to help until I started to leave a few minutes later without buying anything. At that point the younger one did help locate a similar bulb that would work. The cost of the bulb was $11 and I normally get it for half that price at Home Depot or Lowes. In both price and service, these guys just dont compare to the other options.

I own a 70 unit complex in the area and this store has helped me time and time again. Its a great shop. The 3 people below all have the same first name, and are obviously all the same person. I got there 2 to 3 times a week and have never heard Rush Limbaugh playing, but even if I had, someones political beliefs do not make them bad at running a shop. Frankly, this is one of the few shops that has not been swallowed by Home Depot, they should be supported.

I have been shopping here regularly since 1997. It is 2012 and I have been served by the same two or three guys ever since my first visit. Who cares what radio station they listen to? I only care that the guy behind the counter knows what he is doing and isnt some pimply face metro-punk hoping for fame by texting "edgy" reviews of hardware stores.

Super friendly, super knowledgeable staff who dont bother you unless you ask. Mom and pop instead of big box, the prices arent as low, but the folks selling you things can actually answer whatever questions youve got, which feels like a huge win to me.

Ridiculously expensive!!! A 25 pound bag of gray versabond is $16!! Next most expensive place for that product is home depot, 50 pound bag for $13. But at least they had it. Definitely not a place for builders but naive homeowners.
