yes I bought a welding helmet from this Harbor Freight, I paid the extra for the 1 year coverage, the helmet does not work. I lose my receipt. the employees told me I could not return it with out a receipt for 90 days. So I have to hold on to a broken product for 90 days before I can return it? I just went to a welding shop and bought a miller helmet.so I could work.... I feel that Harbor freight ripped me off.... I will never buy any thing from this company ever again....

Harbor freight is for trash tools. If you need to use a framing gun 1 time, but dont want to pay for a $300 professional model, head on down to harbor freight where they sell for $100. This location is like all others, smells like chinese rubber, decent service.
