Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great service the moment you walk in the door. I am amazed at the selection they have and if they dont have a specialized item, they will order it for you. I will spend a few dollars more to avoid wasting my time at a big corporate "box store" with no service and no soul.

Great neighborhood hardware store, convenient location, helpful staff, competitive prices, stocks some hard to find items, buy screws by the pound instead of in little bags, fill your propane tank too.

Parsons is the old fashion hardware store. What makes it so special is that it is close by with lots of parking and helpful staff. They seem to have a solution or product to save the day!
