As I figured, this one is heavy on obsolete tech and has a reasonable though ridiculously priced furniture section. They were selling an IKEA shelving system for the same price it sells for new at IKEA! Surprises? Well, Im accustomed to finding very little in my pants size (32/32) because so many women are that size and ransack the mens selection (thanks, gals), but this Goodwills selection was extra pathetic. Perhaps it had to do with going toward the end of the day. The biggest surprise though was the HUGE book selection. A wide selection of almost everything, and reasonably well categorized. Given the money floating around on the Eastside, Id expected to see overall better brands and quality at this one, and that wasnt the case. The South Seattle store on Dearborn is still the standard by which all others are judged - its huge and has a little something for everyone.

I had good experience usually. But in this morning, one of old female employee who has strong accent knocked my fitting room door couple times even I reply to her with my knocking. I opened door because kept knocking...she just said other people waiting in the line. So what? They have to wait as I waited. She kept saying, but I couldnt understand her strong accent. She was just upset to me and treat very bad. I felt I had to get out from my fitting room ASAP. I wanted to buy all clothing that I tried, but I left all. I didnt know I couldnt bring my basket in the fitting room. I visit here few times and I did same thing whenever I buy lots clothing for my artworks. Also my family donated many valuable things in this location. But I will not visit and donate again. The Goodwill needs to retrain the employee.

I dont go here much anymore because the prices have gone up. I overheard one of the employees empathetically complaining about how cash-strapped customers arent able to buy things at the store because of the higher prices. Apparently, all of the donations to the store are now being driven to the home-office, and the home-office then prices the items as high as possible. Also, I suspect the home-office is keeping a lot of the nicer stuff because the quality of goods in the Bellevue store seems to have gone down from what it used to be.

shopping for used stuff can save a lot of money. Inventory is constantly changing, the only way to know whats available is to go look. However, the main reason I went to Goodwill this time was to drop off a non-functioning printer and a malfunctioning CPAP. If youre wondering what to do with broken electronic gear which costs more to repair than replace, Goodwill will take it off your hands and responsibly dispose of it for you. Aside from providing this free service, theyll even give you a tax receipt for it.

Its a Goodwill. It smells weird. The clothes range from "embarrassing grandma" to "surprisingly nice but looks like it got left out in the rain". Most of the toys and furniture are a little sad, worn and creepy. But they saved us. We got into town during what was supposed to be a heat wave with temperatures in the 90s--except that morning leaving the hotel it was frigid. We dropped by this store and were able to pick up an emergency jacket for everyone for about $7 each. I cant knock that.

Nice array of merchandise but a little on the expensive side for a thrift store. Beware of leaving your basket. I left my personal jacket, a lite Mariner baseball windbreaker, in my basket and wandered down aisle without it. My jacket was gone. I feel sure that it was taken as a desirable piece of unpriced merchandise, and paid for by a resaler.I know enough to take my purse with me.Now I know to keep my basket as well. Never have had this problem at other thrift store in the area.

Pretty much your basic children-crying-in-the-aisles Goodwill! Ive found some great finds here and they have a "Fashion Forward" section where they sell name brand clothes at more expensive prices, Im not really into paying more money for those items so I generally avoid that section but I have seen some really great Burberry pants there for only $14. Place gets crazy busy around 4-5 and good luck at getting a dressing room around that time.

The prices on cloths are resembling dept store.these are cloths that are donated for the needy.i dont know to many less fortuned that could afford what the prices are..Kids run ing up down isles bumping into me,crying screaming children. Take them out, timeout sit in car w them till they behave or leave..better yet get a babysitter. I am not the only one who does not enjoy others kids screaming, crying. Do your kids a favor DONT bring them.

THE PARKING IS INFURIATING. I just sped away in disgust, never got near setting foot in the building, because it was 1 fuster-cluck after another in the lot, everyone honking, no one backing out of spots efficiently, etc. WHEN YOUR TRANSMISSION is in reverse, your back-up lights turn on, people! White lights back there means youre leaving so dont lollygag around causing traffic jams behind you!

Wow... huge Goodwill filled with lots of great things! They are always crazy BUSY! So glad they moved to this location... the parking is a lot better! Lots of high-end & popular brand named clothing... lots of furniture and home goods... They also have electronics, books/magazines, toys, shoes, jewelry, various chotchkies, etc... Must drop in if youre in the area!

ooh la la! Love this new store and location. Nearly double the size of the previous location and beautiful items to fill it all up. It opened today and I was only able to get through about half of it and found tons of items that will be of use to me. Clean, beautifully sorted, with a good layout, lots of room. Shelly has done a great job managing this store and the move.

As far as Goodwill locations go, this one is consistently a nightmare to shop. The lines are long, the selection strange, people are always hanging out on the furniture and the prices are insane. I mean, they get this stuff for free and they jack up their prices because its Bellevue? No thanks. Ill just go to Kent or Lynwood and get the same things for half the price.

New Goodwill management is simply ripping off and scam people. Their prices are astronomical. Popular style, but beat up dresser that needs to be re-finished for $500? Thank you, find in much better condition for $400 from local furniture CL dealers. Ive heard from people working there they already lost 70% of their loyal customers. No wonder why.

This place is pretty darn neat. Its clean, spacious, and unlike a certain other thrift shop, it had what I was looking for. (mens pants; loose, cargo style for production work) Went on a Saturday and only issue was parking. I understand its a new location (Staples used to be there) which is better? In the end, great selection and options.

Its really good place if you dont wanna spend a lot of money in a small things, there you can get any kinds of things in less price and also the another good thing is if didnt like any stuff that you already bought from there then you can return that stuff and get the same price as a store credit and you can buy another thing.
