Pantel Tactical is a one of a kind shop you cannot find anywhere else in Washington. They carry obscure and rare guns, they tailor to the SBR market, and they have shooting video games. I am a competitive shooter, and usually when I go in a gun shop, I want to leave right away because of the fuddery put on by the staff. Pantel Tactical actually has knowledgeable staff that can help a variety of customers from grandmas to competitive shooters. I cannot say enough great things about this store, they are truly great folks with a passion for guns. You will not be disappointed. Oh yeah, they also make custom embroidered tactical gear as well. GREAT STORE!

Ive been shopping at Pantel Tactical off and on for the past 3 years. The staff and especially the owner have always been very knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are extremely competitive locally and online. Of particular note is their handling of Class 3 or NFA items. Pantel is easily one of the most thorough NFA dealers in the region. Ive transferred several NFA items through the shop and always impressed with their handling of paperwork. My expensive items were always well kept and notified me instantly when the approved paperwork had arrived. Highly recommended.

I originally found out about Pantel Tactical when I started customizing AR15 rifles. They always had a great selection of parts for my custom builds along with deep knowledge in the platform. There were countless times where they steered me in the right direction, even if it meant me leaving spending less money. Now what keeps me coming back is Pantel Tactical seems to always get first dibs on the hottest new firearms. Several just released CZ, HK, B&T, and Sig firearms have arrived here first and typically priced lower than anyone else locally.

I took my KSG in for install on Muzzle Break and stainless-steel followers. I had called before hand and told them what I wanted. I was told not a problem. I drop the gun off and was to pick it up the next day. I didnt hear back from anyone by 3pm. I decided to call and to my amazement it wasnt ready, reason being. He didnt have the tools. What gunsmith doesnt have the tools? If your a gunsmith? Why not call the customer Brandon as a courtesy. I Did it myself nothing like self motivation....

Great prices, selection, and sales team. Extremely knowledgeable industry professionals. There are a lot of questionable local gun shops in the area with pretentious gun guy sales tactics, this is not one of those places. Great attitudes, honesty, and, advice coming from behind the counter. Highly recommend, this place is a go to for all of your firearm needs. They also make a lot of in house custom tactical gear!

Pantels is my go to shop! Great service and Prices but my favorite aspect of this shop is the people. The staff and owner are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and help put something together. They make their own tactical belts and slings there in the shop and will custom fit you as well. This shop is a bit of a drive for me but it is worth it every time!

I have been going to see Josh at Pantel tactical for about a year now. Josh and the guys are great. They answer all my questions with friendly service and advice and are never cocky and snobby like other shops I have been to. Not your typical gun shop. They are in the business of providing great customer service and great products. Their sew shop is top notch because they can custom make items while you are there. While Josh is a vet, he also employs vets. It is easy to see why there is such a following and dont forget to show up Friday afternoons. You will not be disappointed.

Came here after a day of shooting with a friend. It is a small shop but there was a ton of staff helping a bunch of people. Even though it was fairly busy the owner of the store took the time to do a full tear down of my bolt/carrier while downloading a boatload of information about each part. Ive never had better customer service at a gun shop.

Josh the owner and his staff have great knowledge, great prices, great attitudes, and make great gear. Its always enjoyable shopping there. I have had Josh work on several of my rifles and the work was second to none.

I would never buy from here. I had the mis fortune of doing a pistol transfer and the staff are on a pretty high pedestal. Ask them, their stuff dont stink. Forget even trying to gain some knowledge without first looking the part or whipping a credit card out. Poor attitude but if your made of money then you would be okay.

Josh Pantel is not only a subject matter expert when it comes to firearms and tactics, he is a true American. Integrity and Honesty are his virtues. I would not go to anyone else. They also were very friendly and their expertise helped me pick my new firearm for uspsa and were patient with my indecisiveness.
