Amazing! You must read this! So, my story - Tuesday night. I have a leaking hot water heater at home, so I rush outta work to try and get to Home Depot and get the hardware I need to stop the water from ruining all my stuff only to find a nearly flat tire on my car with a giant piece of sharp gravel sticking out of the "shoulder." Quick as I can, I head over to Discount Tire in Redmond to get that taken care of. I walk in the door right behind a woman in a BMW with a screw stuck in her tire. They immediately rush to get us both in the bay as fast as possible. Her tire can be fixed; mine, on the other hand, cannot. I tell the tech that I cant afford a new tire right now. He offers to put a used on for me for the time being. Unfortunately, it turns out they dont have any used ones on hand that will fit. This is where it gets good..... So he offers to put a new one on, and I can come back and pay for it later. Not only did he not ask me to fill out any finaincial paperwork or loan requests, but insists that I can come and pay for it whenever. I ask him to at least print out a bill so I can put it on my tackboard and remember to come in and pay when I get my next paycheck. And then it gets even better..... He offers to reduce the price of the new tire from $68 down to $50 to help me out. But wait, theres more...... Then, that lady I mentioned before, she comes over and offers to pay for the new tire! Not only that, but when the tech hears this, he drops the price of the tire from $50 down to just $25! And the best part..... This whole process, from the time I pulled up outside their bay door to the moment I am back in my car and on the road takes a mere 10 minutes! And they rotated my tires while they were at it! I used to be a faithful Les Schwab customer, but never again. Discount Tire has my business forever and hopefully every single person I can tell this story to. Pass it on, this place is my new favorite business, and I guarantee it will be yours too!

Had 4 new tires installed last year by Discount Tire in Redmond, WA. That went fine. Fast Forward 6 months and my wife has her tire impaled by a bolt in the road. UGGH! Well, that stuff does happen. She cautiously drives to nearest tire shop for a replacement, only to discover that the damaged tire cannot be removed due to the fact that we dont have the locking lug key!! The last people to touch our tires were Discount Tire in Redmond, WA. We did not have the locking lug key, but in its place we had a shiny new lug nut!! We called Discount Tire and they accused us of losing it!!! OMFG! "You (Discount Tire) were the last people to touch the wheels, and in the storage pouch we now have a regular lug nut and no lug-key to remove the dang wheels!!!" -- Sorry Sir, that could not be the case, our technicians would NEVER do THAT. Well, the four locking lugs had to be cut off of our wheels (with only medium-ish grinding damage to each of our formerly excellent condition wheels), and four new (non-locking) lugs had to be purchased. Sorry, but youve lost a customer and I tell everyone of our negative experience with Discount Tire.

Have purchased multiple sets of tires over the years. Always was pleased with price and service. Not anymore. Tire pressure monitor sensor light went off at least 10 times since latest purchase of new tires - sometimes staying on for hours or even days. Visited Discount Tire store three times to ask that sensors be checked. Each time was told that sensors were fine and tire pressure was okay. Asked that sensors be replaced. Store wouldnt do it unless I paid, wouldnt even pull a tire off to check if they had installed sensors incorrectly. Will be buying tires from Costco in the future. They understand how important service is to maintaining a customer.

Ive always had great service at this store, whether Im making a purchase or having tires rotated and rebalanced. The last time I was in for a rotation, Jeremiah noticed that I was missing a hubcap. He offered to look into ordering one for me. I went back a few days later, and hubcap wasnt in yet. Jeremiah told me hed get back to me, and the next day I received a call that it was in. The price was significantly less than the ones I saw on eBay. Ive found all of the employees to be friendly and efficient, and they are trained to provide a level of customer service that we aim for in my practice.

I found a nail in my tire. I called Discount Tire in Redmond. They told me to come in and said the service would be about 45 mins total. I drove in and had a cup of coffee and half an hour later. The service guy came back with my key. He said it was patched, they also checked air pressure for my other tires and I am good to go. I asked for charge and he said it is FREE. I was really surprised. I had no idea they dont charge for patching tires. I had to say the service is good and fast. I will go there for tire work if I need any in the future. Great service!

I got some new tires a few weeks ago for my truck from Discount Tire in Redmond. This is my 2nd set of tires from this location (3rd set from the company in general), and I really see no reason to go elsewhere. Roberto and crew are great. They got me in and out quickly with great tires at a great price, and without being pushy or anything. Just good solid service with my best interest in mind. Tires surely arent cheap, but having a good experience here helped ease that pain a bit. Ill be back for my next set of tires when the other vehicles are ready.

I called in around 9am to see if they had an opening. Austin answered the phone and informed me that they would be able to take care of me and I could still be on time for work by 10am. I went in Austin took a look at my tire and it was a simple fix for him. They did not charge me for the service that was done. They did not even check to see if I was a current customer with tires with them. I do have tires from them and will continue to go back for all of my tire needs.

I ruined a tire to put it mildly, but Discount Tires hazard guarantee covered the new tire totally. I had been going to Fred Meyer, so was parked in that lot, one of the guys brought a jack over, removed the tire, took it to their store, and I had instant service and a new tire speedily. They walked back to the car, put the new one on, and away I went. They are definitely angels!

Had a great experience getting my tire patched when a screw found its way in my tire. Huge shout-out to Joe for staying a bit later to make sure things were right. He helped me spec out some wheel and tire combinations for my other car. Its great when you meet staff who have personality and are genuinely trying to help out without any salesman bologna. Will definitely be back.
