Staples is my kind of place! I love office supplies - however, this particular Staples is lacking in customer service. The last time I was there, the guys gave me the run-around on my computer warranty. They sold me a laptop, and when I came looking for my keyboard to be fixed, they sent me to a phone number. It would have been nice had they told me this when I called asking about said warranty. They really acted like they didnt care too much about my problem. It was all just too weird.

Staples or office depot, they are often the same. This one has one exception. I have had some complicated printing requests. Invitations, banners, books. The help behind the print desk is great. I go out of my way to go to this one when I need something printed.

Fast and friendly service. Clean and organized store. Often have good clearance deals on various brands of coffee. They stayed late to make sure we got everything we needed.
