Save your money and headaches. I went in with a $3000 budget to buy a couch and a bed frame/headboard. I was immediately accosted by two saleswomen who would not leave me for a minute. I told them Id like some time to browse but they didnt get the hint. Moreover, even after I clearly explained the $ budget I had for this, they kept adding things on until I was at $6500. I had to rein them in and start taking off all the things ($500 for pillows... really?!). I bought the couch because the saleswomen said it was made in the USA (It was not; but I found that out later). I was told that I paid for installation of both and it would be simple. When they did come, the two men who delivered the couch tracked dirt all over my carpet (they didnt even bother to wipe their shoes or put on those disposable booties that good delivery people do), then after placing the couch, they brought in several boxes for the bed stand and frame. They started to leave and I was like, "I paid to have this put together" and they said "No, its not on my sales order." I showed them my receipt where it was clearly indicated. They said, "Sorry, you have to call the store manager). As I was leaving for Europe the day after next, I said "Ill build it and then call them to get the assembly charge refunded." Well, the bed was missing parts and get this, the holes had not been drilled to put the screws through. I told myself, "Theres no way Im drilling holes into this thing, if I screw it up, itll be my fault." So I called the store and they said theyd send someone to take care of it but the soonest was the following week--I was going to be in Europe for two weeks and I had someone coming to stay in the place, they needed the bed! I finally had enough. I said "Send someone to pick it up, I dont want it and if you dont pick it up today, Ill call the credit card company and dispute the charge." They finally arranged for a guy to come the next day but even though I clearly told them the problem (no holes drilled to put the screws through), he had to spend 2 hours (2 hours!!?!!) to go buy a drill and bits at home depot. In the end, he did do it but the room was mess with saw dust all over, which was a pain to clean because it was on everything. I will NEVER buy anything from these clowns EVER again. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

I purchased a a custom order dresser, headboard, footboard , rails and night stand. I contacted the store after delivery when I noticed black spots on the dresser top under the finish. The technician came out and notified the store and they ordered a new dresser top. The new top was delivered but was not the same finish so a new top was ordered. Again the technician brought out the replacement however the finish is in worse condition than the one they picked up and the finish is rough like they just resprayed the one I refused. This was not an inexpensive purchase and all I am asking is to have the dresser replaced since there is an issue with the finish or deliver a top that is the same finish. The night stand finish is perfect .

I bought a dining table set and sofa from this location in 2009. When I bought it the sales person told me that the table top has five years warranty from any scratch and water mark. In 2012, the dining table has a scratch from the broken glass, I call the company to request the repair, however, the manager said the sale person forgot to order the warranty and they can not honor the service since currently the company is change the organization, all location become corporate own instead of franchising when I bought it in 2009. I really feel disappointed with the service with this company.

Please save your money!!! Bassett Furniture has horrible customer service & product quality. I ordered a custom headboard and it was delivered uneven. Ive wasted so much time trying to get my items delivered... I really wish I would have gone to Mathis Brothers instead; they have exceptional service & better products.

Great service. Supreme quality products. Clerks are not driven by commissions. I like the fact that I had breathing room to decide what I wantted and not rushed so clerk could move on to get more sale. Love my sofa.
