Working with your company has been such a refreshing experience. I work with vendors all day long while working on RFQs for the Federal Government. I cannot tell you how nice it was to have someone like Mirin to work with. She was professional very quick to get me answers and pricing. After we received the order for 300 units, she kept me informed on delivery and when we had 2 damaged she was right on getting them replaced. My customer (IRS) were very impressed that we worked together and had the replacements there in a timely manor. The customer said that they wished all of his orders went that smooth. We will be having many more orders coming in the next 2 years. I work with all the agencies for the Treasury Dept, and am very busy everyday, and having service like your company makes my job much easier. I will tell you that these agencies all talk to each other and when they hear something really good they all share it. I had a hard time finding a specific product that was compatible for my extra wide monitor. I called and thankfully reached someone like Ms. Zinnia. She went above and beyond in assisting me. If it wasn’t for her knowledge of the products, strong follow up and guidance through the process I would have bought elsewhere. She went out of her way ensuring I found the correct item, provided different sizes and colors to choose from and advised the supporting accessories required to make it work. I was well taken care of and for that I thank you Ms. Zinnia for your outstanding customer support from beginning to end. The other thing I like about this whole experience is placing the order. No need to take the time to create a profile, register and confirm. Instead, a quote is emailed and if you agree… Click accept and enter your payment and delivery info and that’s it! Just took seconds. So easy.

My new Ergotron Keyboard Tray is a godsend. It too me a couple of weeks to get it adjusted to meet my orthopedic needs and Im getting used to the farther sight distance from my computer screen required to use it in the position I need. It replaced a built-in wooden keyboard tray which was broken. The install was considerably more difficult than I anticipated, as the clip-on feature does not secure it to the desk for practical use. The clip holds it in place long enough to carefully crawl under the desk and secure it underneath with a screw. I needed an electric screwdriver to secure it to the very dense wood (which entailed a separate purchase). I should have used the 4-screw option, but so far this is working well. Dont plan to just "clip it" and go to work...... BUT the result of getting it in place correctly certainly beats putting the keyboard on the desktop.

I have used the DE400 Corner Sleeve for the past 9 years / 3 jobs and very pleased with its functionality. I have a sore neck and back and the corner sleeve allows me to rest my elbows while I type preventing further pain and discomfort. My laptop and monitors are also situated on the corner of my cubicle and the corner sleeve allows for more desk space to type and work. I highly recommend the DE400 Corner Sleeve and have also convinced a few of my co-workers to purchase one! Ordering an Officemaster chair is a bit difficult, and I had to use both ErgoDirects and Officemasters web sites to figure out what I wanted. I also thought I ordered a different color than the one I received, but I didnt check the invoice and didnt snapshot the order screen to prove it. Its not too bad, as it goes pretty well with the room decor. The rest (shipping, payment) was fine. Chair is comfortable, its almost infinitely adjustable, and its built like a tank.

Ordered 2 OM5 gaming chairs with no hassle. The chairs are awesome and comfortable, custom built to my preference as far as part color etc.. (Foam seating is so worth it.) The only inconvenience about the site was when choosing colors for parts, there were only color descriptors, but no sample color (I had to go to manufacturers website for their color palette, then choose appropriate color name). Chairs were ordered, custom built, then shipped within a week.

I purchased Office Master 7897 (a high-back chair) and it is really comfortable, reasonable for the price and I am very happy with it! The staff at the shop at San Carlos were really nice, helped me deciding best one for me out of many selections and options. If there were more chairs to try out at the shop, it would have been even better. Highly recommended!

These people will send you junk mail on a daily basis and call you to tele market their products. They will not leave you alone. And, they market themselves as a web-based product, which clearly they are not. They insist that all your dealings with them are web-based to save them postage and then they blast you with their marketing garbage.
