Would NEVER step foot into ANY Office Depot again. Purchased a Top of the Line Printer($699) Purchased an additional Warranty at the time of sale under the pretense of the product being replaced w NO questions asked if stopped working. Printer stopped working within 60 days after purchase. What a SURPRISE!! Returned printer to store. Sal the Mang wanted to send it out for repair even though the MFG 1yr warranty was still in place!!!!!!! Told me they had NO record of the Warranty I purchased. Left the the broken printer with Sal the Mang. Went home, called AMERICAN EXPRESS and disputed both charges!!! NEVER GO TO OFFICE DEPOT, NEVER, EVER PURCHASE A WARRANTY & NEVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT YOU AMERICAN EXPRESS!!!! Enjoy your life Sal the Mang...

Dont bother reserving an item for in-store pickup, as apparently no one who works here has any idea that the service is offered. Fifteen minutes of searching and "Are you sure it was this store?" before I finally just ran back to my car for my cell phone and returned to show them the confirmation email. Not cool, guys.
