Updated review from 5 to a 2. Customer service and knowledge has degraded to using a machine to measure your feet. Bought a pair of worx shoes, was told they were good, brought then back a few months later when the bottom of the shoe started separating, was told they were a "cheap" shoe and warranty wasnt the same. Boeing discount applies to shoe only not accessories, which is dumb. Bought a 230 dollar boot made in China. Brand is going down hill very quickly. Switching to timberland for my next boot. Have been a loyal red wing store customer for over 10 years.

This place is good people are nice and friendly they know what theyre talking about the store is kind of small so they have a limited Supply but if youre in a jam and need a good pair of boots this is a good place to go
