My experience with these people was really bad.I went to buy shoes for my son on september 4th , i got 2 pair shoes and 2 additional things worth $373.62 i asked if they can give me some discounts sales person said he is going to give 10 % off i said okay and bought stuff and went home while going through bills at home i found they didnot gave 10 % off I called store at the same time girl picked up call and i told her about whole scenario after 12 to 15 mins of hold manager came online and told me to get invoice as well as shoes so that they can give 10 % off.When i reached there i was shocked to hear he litterly said we cant do anything.O my god he could have told me over the phone.I went all the way from my sisters home union city to Richmond..Cant imagine this is how regular clients are treated

They told me they will give me 10% off on the whole amount but They didnt and when we called them They said we will take 10% off and They still didnt I was really pissed off
