The rudest experience Ive ever had. I showed up 5 min til close, he was closed. And I was looking through the window to come back the next day to see what the options were. The man who works there / owns it told me "get off my window!", and came out aggressively windexing the window and told me to "move out of the way". I asked him for recommendations of other places he said "Google it". I felt like a poor child looking through the window of a candy shop. I will not be going back just because of the miserable man who works there.

Great place if you know what you are going for. I had a voucher from my work and I was issued the wrong boots for the job. The manager at first wouldnt return the boots because it was an Irish setter brand and didnt carry the same guarantee as the other red wing boots. I was never disclosed that policy so Im guessing thats why the manager returned the boots anyways.

Lump Status

I show up during business hours which are 10a to 6p. I got there at 3pm and they are closed for lunch! If you close for lunch you should list that on your hours so I dont drive 30 minutes out of my way to find out youre closed! Thanks but no thanks I wont be coming back to this redwing location.

This particular store has a stand on estimater for shoe size and comfort. A great addition. The customer service person, Sabrina, was outstanding (the main reason for the 5 star). This store has a nice selection of shoes and quanity of them. My husband is very satisfied with his shoes!

Friendly staff (theres only one person there). Its small but never crowded. My favorite part is that its cat friendly.
