I visited the downtown Seattle location on Sunday the 28th and we received some awesome customer service from the Ayesha the manager there. She was very attentive, helpful and made our visit very pleasant. My wife is in love with her new shoes and we will definitely return to this store.

Ended up returning the over priced shoes when I found the exact same ones for 86$ cheaper the next day. They dont have much selection to. Choose from but they keep unavailable selections on the wall to fill it up more Im guessing. Honestly dont even deserve the one star I HAD to give.

Theres manager who name is Ayesha there When I went to there for return She is way to rude and she said to me "Dont come back" I cant believe that happened Thats not a manager attitude She better not to work
