I called and made an order. It was the second time I made an order through them which Ill explain later. Well, nearly a month has gone by and I havent received my order. So I called, and come to find out they never sent it. They charged me, but never sent the product. So, the attendant said he would put in another request for shipment, after dealing with a customer and call me back. After an hour Im still waiting. He said shipping should take another 7-10 business days. I asked for it to be expedited, but 7-10 business days is the best they can do. Last year it was a similar experience, except the shoe had rolled to a new design. So after a month of waiting and never receiving my product, even though I was charged, I still had to call, and wait another two weeks for my product. I would think if the product wasnt in stock they wouldnt sell it over the phone. And now here I am again, waiting for a product I could have ordered for $50 less through Amazon Prime and had it the next day. Unless you visit the store and purchase a pair of shoes in stock, dont bother with ordering over the phone. Even with over night shipping on Amazon the shoes I ordered are still $40 cheaper.

Went in looking for a shoe that fits, my parents were in from out of town and thought theyd be nice and get me a pair. They didnt have any in my size, they apparently dont make my size as a company but she showed me some with a widerfootbed. She said I could return them if they didnt fit well after a little wile and I needed them for a job I started the next week so I went ahead and let my parents purchase them. They started cutting into my heal and ripping the skin off after one day of work and were a bit too narrow so I took them back. She wouldnt return them without the same debit card it was purchased with wouldnt even give me store credit to order an appropriate size. I wouldnt be so annoyed if she hadnt known they were from out of town and still insisted I could bring them back if they didnt fit. So if someone wants 200$ shoes there on the street corner near the seatac location.

I went here the first time to look for working shoes for my husband. There was a white older male behind the counter, did not say hi, was extremely unhelpful, I guess you can say rude because you can tell he didnt want to him me (he never even got off his seat from behind the counter when I was aaking him questions about shoes). I normally never write reviews but this man should quit because it seems like he hates people on the other hand there was a nice young lady that helped me later on. I thought it was me, then my husband came in days later and said the same thing about the man (and I hadnt meantioned about the bad customer service to him before so I guess its just that worker). Please dont waste your time here. Rather you drive the distance for someone that treats you well, you can actually get help at a different location.

Not really happy with the whole experience. I bought boots at that store. I just went back to get the tough toe put on and to be oiled. The guy that works there tried to be helpful but the woman that was his boss was really mean to him. I thought was really unprofessional in front of customers. I left my phone number so they could call me when they were done. I never got a call so I went back the next day. The same woman that was working the previous day was working there. She was trying to be friendly but was coming of with a bad attitude. The tough toe was done but was not oiled. She blamed it all on another coworker and even said they did a bad job on my boots with the tough toe. She hurried to oil them. So I got them wet and a bad tough toe. So I am never going back there. Ill buy my next pair some place else.

If I could give it a ZERO I would. Store opened at 10. I walked up to the door at 10 and he stared at me from his desk didnt open the door until 1015. When he finally let me in he called another employee to chew them out that they left a mess and they need to come in early. I stood in there 5 minutes looking at insoles and he never approached me to ask if I needed help. If he could be of assistance. Was another gentlemen in there also that he never asked if he could help him. I am sitting in my car in front of the store right now watching the man lean on the counter not helping with anything. I guess he loves his job. If its the manager. They need a new one. If its the owner then well it needs a new one. Moral is I waited an hour to buy new insoles and I walked out with nothing

Dont understand why theres all the 1 stars. I was a hassle. First pair didnt fit right, Rick set me up with a smaller pair. Second pair didnt fit right again, Rick hooked me up. This pair fits great. Rick is a genuine guy who really cares about the Red Wings company. I go in for laces and all I see is smiles. If youre an A-hole, theyre gonna match you. You go in being a pleasant individual and have manners, theyll treat you the same. Some of the best customer service I have ever been around. Red Wings boot buyer for life, as long as theyre still made in good ol USA.

I had bought shoes from them, I had wore it for about 10 months. When my threads had broke apart, I took it in within a week, and the guys told me "sorry the shoes are too worn out and we cant help you." The shoes still had 2 months of warranty left and yet they didnt want to replace it. I was upset when I left, so I decided to never buy from redwings again. I Dont recommend buying expensive shoes with stupid warranty that doesnt cover what it should! Horrible service!!!

So unprofessional and lazy ass worker. Worker dont even bother check with you if you need help or anything. I decide to ask him about the shoes then he he give me a short answer while still sitting on his chair at his desk. Would never go there again . Im not gonna spend 200$ and they treat me with that lazy ass attitude. I left the store. They just lose 200$

Ive tried this location twice. Ive yet to have anyone acknowledge I was there. Ive literally walked in, looked around, picked up a pair of boots sat down and not had anyone say a word to me. Mean while other people have walked in and been helped right away. Needless to say I will never go back here and I will no longer shop for red wine boots.

I had a voucher from work to buy shoes, they did not have my size and they checked other stores, they told me that I will get in one week and its been two weeks and they are not telling me what is going on. Every time I call them, they will say let me find out and will cal you and no one is calling me back.
