if i could give it less then one star i would. when i went to cash out my sons short set didnt have a tag on it but i saw the price on the exact same outfit. so cashier said it didnt have tag on it i said it was 5.99 so she asked cashier in front about it she was like i doubt it very rudely. so i said would u like me to grab a diffrent one with tag with a attitude she said yes. so i did which it was 5.99 i wasnt mad that they need the right price what was the problem was, was she was rude. when i went to grab the item my niece and mother in law werr standing there and manger came over and asked cashier if everything was okag she was like yab but this lady is running up my time. and the other one was still saying we dont havr short sets for 5.99 also well shopping my mother in law wanted a piece of jewelry from the case and asked the same cashier that helped me for help at that point she was just putting clothes on hangers she was like u have to ring bell before i can help u. i left the store but was so upset about situation went back in and asked for manger which he came up explained situation and he didnt seem to care either. this location needs new crew and new manger

Lousy. Tried to buy pants. Ur policy about checking item at dressing area really SUCKS. I felt like I was a thief. Check this before going in and out. Even though I was buying the item. Then what SUCKS more I had to place items back on hanger. This only meant one thing, ur employees are lazy. They dont want to do any work. Worst off as bout ur policy, ur people dont even follow it. My items were not even checked for what ever reason. I was given a tag, and that was it. Ur employees was rude to my wife. I sure u can come up with better and more friendly policy to deter shoplifting. Not by make a customer feel like one right of the bat. Youll never ever see me in a Rose store sign, not in Washington state.

Manager was nice when I called to complain but thats the only thing positive about the experience here... Doesnt matter that someone has worked for a company for years if they have bad customer service ,older lady here, needs to be fired!!!!!! I dont take that lightly but that lady needs to work somewhere away from people.... sorry you cant just make up your own rules and charge me what ever price u decide... theres a price tag on it for a reason!!!! Then tell me i have two mintues to prove to u the price or i have to wait back in line?!?! No honey thats ur job!!!!! Worst experience at ross... not to mention waiting in line for 20mins to buy one thing....

Bad Service.... I purchased a few down pillows a few months ago. After a few weeks the down started to come out through the cover. The end of each feather is very sharp, and would scratch my face. I went in to return them without my receipt thinking they could look me up with the credit card I used. Nope. They gave me the after 30 days I cant help you routine. The Ross logo was a permanently fixed to the pillow. This was just a defective product, and they could care less. I would rather pay more and be taken care of.

The women that work in this store fall under the 3 Us - Unprofessional, Unfriendly and Unkempt. Worst service ever! I stood in line today for 20 minutes with four women milling about behind the customer service booth not assisting anyone with 9 people in line. One person walked up with a return, and she was helped immediately with the rest of us standing in line to pay for stuff. I finally put my items down and walked out. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I there 2 buy, your merchandise, I do not work for you, or do your employees job. Your policy stinks, telling customer to hang up merchandise so they can check it first, thats your employees job. I want to purchase it. I told them I want to purchase it, did it matter no it did not, the employees are rude I been to lot of Ross stores not once have ever been told this before. As of today, you lost my sale here

good selection i love ross but i hate their stupid shopping carts with the bar on it. you really cant go in and buy a bunch of stuff because you have to carry it all out by hand which is too bad because they have lots of great items. the parking lot is usually super packed here too which makes lugging all of that stuff outside a hassle

Very bad Customer Service she didnt even know how to say please or can you, I work in customer service too i never been rude to my customers, someones must learn how to use common courtesy!!! FYI she is a cashier, I should report to her manager, but I was in a rush that time..

Tired of the dressing room protocol, i.e., hang clothes up to be counted then wait for number, when fineshed hang them up again to be counted again. I get it, theft prevention, but it feels overbearing, and a bit too restrictive. Theres got to be a better way to prevent theft.

Just love how ur security was stalking me! Couldnt look or turn without him in my face. Maybe my visit VERY uncomfortable. As if I ever stolen from ur company. Is it the way I looked cuz I was dressed pretty nice. Smh dont think Ill ever visit this Ross again rude

Store had limited choice of mens clothing. Loss prevention made me feel like a thief. My family was stopped at the door for an item that somehow didnt get scanned at checkout. I wont be returning.

This is a good place to find pants and shirts and stuff for the house and for u also a good place to find food but if are looking for a brand of peanut butter this is not the place

Omg the lines were so long. Lucky the management was on that shizz with a quickness. I could hear them working on the problem. The line went so fast.

Staff is friendly, store is typically clean and well-organized, and prices are decent.
