I have gone to this Old Navy for several years and have finally gotten sick of all of the problems. 1st of all the clearance/sales are not as good as they used to be, items are now often marked down 30% or less instead of the 50% + that used to exist. The womens bathroom is in terrible shape. I have been there when both stall doors have been broken and didnt work (once a stall door missing completely) and found it unfixed a month later, the sink is filthy often out of soap, towels, etc. Selection is not great in the store meaning there are good and bad times. When I was pregnant I continually found large areas of their maternity section empty and the staff would say they just hadnt gotten in a shipment. Sections often lacked full stocked shelves and this would be mid week no where near a holiday week or special sale. The staff is unbelievably unhelpful, unproffesional, and rude. You often have to ask groups of them talking to move away from an item so you can look at it. Mostly teenagers, the staff often give you the dumb, "whatever" look, and slowly move away. I have spoken to the manager about all of the above issues to which she has merely shrugged and said something unprofessional like, "well I dont think its that big of a deal," Really? Filthy store, unprofessional atmosphere, etc. is not that big of a deal? It makes me feel like as a society we have become a bunch of sheep herding ourselves into our Old Navy thinking were gonna get a good deal. Please say something if you encounter any of the issues I have. Lets try to improve our shopping experience by not putting up with unacceptable practices.

Ive been going to this Old Navy for at least 10 years, IN FACT...ever since it opened. This is the THIRD time in the last year that I have had to set my hand full of merchandise down and walk out. The checkout procedures SUCK! It takes AT A MINIMUM 5+ minutes to check out 1 customer. If there are 4 people in front of you in line (which there usually is)... You better plan on standing in line for at least 20 minutes (and pray to god they arent returning, complaining or signing up for some "great old navy card deal" to save themselves a couple bucks... nevermind the other customers whove been waiting EXTREMELY too patiently). I blame this on the procedures, the systems, the "gibgab sales pitch" the employees are required to talk to you about or the new renovation they did a couple years ago. I dont know what it is, but I DO know that after the third walk out theyve lost a customer (who is normally very patient), around $150 dollars and have gained a bad review and someone wholl never recommend this store to anyone (unless theyve got time on their side). I do love the clothing, the quality, the style, the selection.... as a business major, all of that is over ruled by SUCH POOR procedures and multiple BAD EXPERIENCES.

Going here has been pleasant every time I have gone there. The people are always pleasant and helpful. I started coming to this specific location probably 5 or 6 years ago, when my weight was a bit more out of control (Im a male, 510", weighed about 275), the clothes fit perfectly for my body type. Then I was buying a 36, and Im now down to a size 33 and the pants specific still fit me 100% perfectly. The specials are usually quite great. Mens jeans normally $34.50, all cuts and styles were on sale for $19 so 45% off. I also bought a pea-coat wool jacket normally marked at $69.99, it was on sale for $20.98.

I stood outside on Saturday at 9am for 30 minutes.. No one was there to open the doors even for the employees. I was about to spend a large amount on new work clothes. You lost business because a manager didnt show up to open. Very unprofessional. I ended up leaving.

Its an average Old Navy, the dressing rooms are often times a mess and the staff are not interested at all. If you ask a question the response will most likely be "I dont know let me ask my manager" the place is often a huge mess. Clothes thrown everywhere.

I enjoy this Old Navy because it is usually well organized. Sometimes the fitting rooms can get a bit messy though. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Best time to go is in the morning before the rush.

I like old navy at Gresham way better than Clackamas! In one day I been to both locations and Gresham has a bit better staff and customer service . There are still areas to improve but it will take some time.

Worst customer service ever and I know old Navy is always messy (they got the whole industrial thing going on) but I seriously could not even find anything I was so overwhelmed by the piles everywhere

The store it organized and clean. The clearance section is easily accessible and makes sense. The only con in this store is the checkout it takes way to long especially if you are on a time table.
