Ive been a customer of Shoreline Wide Shoes for 20 years or so. Ive always had great service from this business, even when theyve been quite busy with a lot of customers; patience was key at those times or if I had appts & unable to wait, then returning at a different day or time was better for me; over the yrs, this didnt happen often. All the shoes Ive purchased have worn well & lasted many years, everything from sandals, dress shoes, to athletic shoes. For what my feet require, to have shoes which last & are durable, especially since I do a great deal of walking, the shoes are definitely worth the purchase. They carry a vast aray of sizes in wide widths, but keep in mind that not all specialty stores carry every & all sizes, thats a bit unrealistic of any business. If you have questions abt the sizes, widths, or the largest size they carry, call them & ask or go into one of the stores & ask.

I went with my husband to get dress shoes. There was NO customer service, other than handing boxes of shoes to my husband (who has difficulty bending) and taking our money. We were the only customers in the store and there were 2 clerks. The clerk who brought out shoes for my husband stood there and watched him struggle, never bothering to help him find a good fit. We wouldnt have spent our money there, but we were desperate and time was short for an important event. We will never shop there again.

I have more success finding footwear that actually fit my feet here than any other store Ive bought shoes from. I just replaced a pair of leather shoes I bought at Shoreline Wide Shoes EIGHT years ago, and found a comfortable replacement within minutes of browsing at their store. If youve got wide feet and are looking for comfortable, attractive shoes, I highly recommend this place.

The cost for 3 pairs of shoes was $530.00 (with tax). The clerks were awkward and not very helpful. Please note, an earlier review said that they fit regular to wide sizes; MOST OF THEIR SHOES ARE DOUBLE WIDE. With the cost and limited selection, youre better off shopping online. Single wide clients like myself have very few choices.

"You have really wide feet!" It wasnt a surprise to the customer. He had come to a store specializing in wide shoes, after all, so it was strange to hear the proprietor speak disapprovingly about them. Between the odd customer service and the poor selection, Zappos seemed like the better alternative.

I went with my girlfriend to this place. The selection is somewhat limited but boy do they have a vast array of sizes. The staff are attentive and willing to help stretch shoes during ones visit or overnight, if need be. It just feels cramped because its a former house converted into a shoe store.

Friendly, attentive personnel, great selection of comfortable and lovely shoes. Great for anyone with regular to wide feet, men and women of all ages. Store offers regular specials and close- out deals. Tiny parking lot and store so it can take a little while to get help if theyre busy.
