This is a great shop with excellent service. The selection is not huge but what they may lack in quantity they more than make up for in quality. I was able to buy a pair of comfortable (yes, comfortable!) and attractive pumps. The person who assisted me was extremely helpful.

Im always super satisfied with my experience at the Haight St. store. The staff are so helpful and friendly and of course the shoes themselves are great. A couple times I found the clearance shoe I was stalking in my size here when the downtown store didnt have it anymore.
