They sales staff was amazingly friend they were fast at getting the shoes that i wanted to try on and they also brought out a pair they thought i would i like which is amazing. And after purchsing my shoes i found out they werent gonna work so i had to return them and the staff was very helpful they tryed to find me a shoe that miggt replace it and they were nice about it when i couldnt find a replacement

Bought shoes one day and they did not even check if both shoes were in the box. I had to drive back and pick up the other shoe. Came later that week to return another pair and they signed me up for their rewards claiming that it will help them find the receipt. (They will lie because it is their job to make people sign up). This company will be out of business soon.

Got asked 5 times about socks i didnt want, had a 10 of the shoe i wanted in 12, ordered me a 10, idiots. Chatted online for 2 hours and was promised lies, called customer service and was promised overnight shipping only to be charged for it once returning to the store. NEVER AGAIN
