If I could rate no stars I would. I walked in with a lug nut, part number, size and thread pitch. The kid at the counter asked me what year car, when I told him it was a trailer he said, "sorry, our system doesnt work like that". I asked him to try, he googled it and the part came up along with a picture, and he said, "sorry, Im not going to be able to find it". I left this autozone, called napa and the guy "cross referenced" the part number I gave him with Google and had the napa part number up in less than 2 minutes. I laughed and told the napa guy what happened, he laughed and told me to hang on.... No joke, 30 seconds later the Napa guy gave me the part number for auto zone! Im positive the guy at autozone could have helped me, but, I think he was just to lazy. Whatever the story was, he acted like he just didnt care...

I wish I remembered the name of the very nice young man that came outside in that nasty, windy rain out there when I simply told him my service engine light was on and he did a free check. It was December 21, 2015 at 9:00am ,gave my daughter some great advice and I ended up passing the second emissions test. Thank you very much, take care.

Used to be an old Hollywood Video, with a Game Crazy Attached. I helped manage the spot. Its kind of an awkward area to get into. I still hate Autozones but this place brings back nostalgia.
