This is word for word the same review I left on yelp. went there for a charging system test. The guy immediately said "battery is bad", which it turns out it was not. then I asked to test the alternator, and was told they cant, without putting a new battery in. When I called them out on this, they instantly became very rude and argumentative. Then, this guy walked up with his lunch in his hand, and jumped right in the argument, without first telling me that he was the store manager. He just decided to argue with me without knowing the situation. When I was leaving, I was given an extremely sarcastic "Have a nice day" I went to the Oreilley store down the street, and using the exact same machine as auto Zone, successfully tested the battery, starter, and alternator. funny how one store can and the other cannot do this test. A couple of days later, after reading the e-mails I sent to corporate, this same manager called me. He had all these sweet and nice things to say, and even offered me a forty dollar gift card. Made me feel all good and stuff, until I thought about it for a while, and realized he did that only to shut me up. He also begged me not to give them a negative review.. I live two minutes from this store, but will go the extra distance to their competitors who actually seem to know what they are talking about. My impression of this store is that all they want to do is sell you something whether you need it or not. They seem to think that every customer who walks through the door is stupid, and can be conned into unneeded purchases. The only reason they got one star is because there is no option to give ZERO. Very poor customer service, and bad attitudes from the employees, including the so-called manager. Never again will auto Zone, ANY Auto zone, see a dime of my money.

I went into the store today to return a part. There was a long line and 3 people ahead of me. I waited patiently and when it was my turn a employee asked me over to his register, he said to hold on to his coworker, nothing to me and then walked away. I stood there for a minute or two and asked the employee at the next register what was going on. He ignored me, as the two people that were in line behind me were being assisted I asked him again louder where the guy that flagged me over had gone. Again I was being ignored, getting a little aggravated I asked him louder if I was going to be waited on and he said to his coworker "he is just complaining ". Then who I assume was a manager came over and helped me with my return. I thanked her for not ignoring me. I have worked in retail before and never seen such a jerk of a person. I will never set foot in that establishment again.

Went in last night pick up the same brake pads that I pick up all the time the most expensive ones to get home start doing everything and realize they didnt send the brake pad hardware so I called to talk to him about it and I get told by Paul that Im sorry youre sadly mistaken him none of ours come with the hardware etc. Our premium pads which are what I have proceeds to tell me that Im lying I will not be going back to the sad part is spend a lot of money at AutoZone I would recommend anybody going to OReillys or another on his own location this is not the first time that theyve messed up with some stuff but this was the first time theyve been that rude

This is the worst autozone ever. I go in the first time, bought a set of duralast gold pads and rotors for my 1997, the guy says you cant push in the piston on your caliper piston back in youll blow out your abs unit, concerned I called chevy, their certified techs had no idea what he was talking about. I go in today to give them a second chance and ask for a tranny cooler, I go where the guy said, didnt see them, walked the entire store and ask someone else, she says whats the vehicle? I said I need the universal kind. She says well I have 5 which one do you want? I said I dont know can I see them all? she says I have pictures. Very unhelpful.

I came here for windshield wipers. I was looking through the book for the correct wipers to buy for my car. The attendance came and took me to the computer instead - pulled up the wipers, asked me which one i prefer, grabbed them for me, rang me up and went outside to install them for me in the rain. Awesome service. 5 Stars.

Had help with installing a mirror..they broke it and offered to replace and install when it came in. It came in and they then refused to help install it found this to be very poor customer service...they assured me they were going to take care of it then rhe manager refused..and was non apologetic and rude about it

The only thing that I go here for is oil, windshield wipers, and light bulbs. This place has either not enough employees or the employees dont care that you wait a while. Otherwise its a nice place to get parts.
