When my Jeep began to steam and dump water two blocks from the Covington Napa yesterday evening, I started to panic. My husband was without a vehicle to come rescue me and I know nothing about cars. Fortunately, only a hose had popped off and a simple repair with a hose clamp solved the problem. The gentlemen at Napa got me exactly what I needed, helped me refill the radiator, and described what clean up and checks I should (get my husband to) do after the engine had cooled. I know this might be very basic and somewhat silly to anyone who can do more than replace windshield wipers, but I certainly didn’t know what to do. The gentlemen’s calmness and matter-of-fact manner helped me calm down enough to safely drive home. I very much appreciated the professionalism and teaching attitude.

I went in to this Napa yesterday to buy a new light bulb for my tail lamp. Darius asked to see my vehicle and the tail lamp I was talking about. I showed him, he asked me to pop my trunk and he fixed the light. I didnt need to buy anything and Darius was very helpful and great to talk to. I recommend this Napa Auto Parts to anyone who needs something for their vehicle. Ill be back here for sure.

Ive never had a problem with any body at napa, Theyve always treated me right, and had low prices. Some parts they do have to order from the warehouse, but they go above and beyond to help me out. As for the kids part, there is 1 person working there who looks like a kid, but hes actually 26! Most of the employees are ASE certified. Ill go back again and again.

I stop here for as many of my auto parts needs as I can. I bought new hood springs last night and they installed them for me! They always offer to install new wiper blades whenever I purchase them there. They provide good advise and suggestions on how to fix car problems that I describe to them. Grat guys at this location.

No stars...something has happened to napa, where they used to be my trusted source of auto parts, I have since started going to autozone. These guys are not helpful at all. They are rude about parts when they dont have them, and when making returns, they make you feel like a turd before giving your money back... Never again
