I recently ordered a part from these guys. When it came in it was glued together incorrectly and was unusable. They ordered another which two days later arrived with the exact same defect. The guy behind the counter tried to sell me one that was twice as much and was visibly irritated when refused and said Id get another lower priced one elsewhere. I received short lecture on "you have to pay for quality." Questions I subsequently asked were ignored or answered tersely and rudely. Ive had great experiences at other Napa stores. Unfortunately this guy thinks that "inexpensive" parts dont have to work at all and his customers should be happy to shell out twice as much as anywhere else to get a working part from Napa. I wont be back.

i went in there today and they have 6 people working. The phone was ring off the hook which is good since were in middle of a recession. out of those 3 were answering the phone 1 was cleaning the bathroom, 1 was walking around the store and the last one was just sitting there. I asked the one that was walking around the store i she would help me . She answered no i work whole sale only . this must be a new form of business style how to make people not want to shop there . All i wanted was a dome light most stores like shucks supply a book for people to look up the part number so you dont need to to bug the parts people so you dont need to bug the parts guy so now i will goto shucks instead of napa

This Napa store has sold me a wrong for my application part and damaging my car as a result. I fixed the car at my expanse and learning that they sold me a wrong part I brought this to the store manager Jen Simon attention asking for a refund. She admitted that I received a wrong part but refused to refund my money saying " I have to protect the store owner", whatever that means. She came across as loud, rude and condescending. Bad customer service, I am done shopping at this store.

I miss the days that Scott owned and ran this NAPA. The two guys in the shop today were unhelpful and both separately complained to me to tell me how busy they were despite me being the only customer in the store. I asked for them to double check the part I was buying was right for my model vehicle and they both told me, "What you see is what we have." Poor service and unprofessional behavior. I plan on going elsewhere in the future.

Just some run of the mill scammers. Went in for some cheap glass cleaner and the younger cashier with a thin beard scanned my item once, said "dang I wanted to scan it just once, not twice" did a bunch of typing on his computer and changed my $3.29 glass cleaner to $7.00 battery cables. Reported them to my credit card company. Thanks guys!

Really disappointed to see all the bad reviews. I come here all the time, folks that work there are very nice and bend over backwards to make things happen. Also one of the few places I can get redline products

They close at 6pm on a weekday... Most NAPA stores are open until at least 7:30. Perhaps you can hire someone to work the later shift and actually serve your customers?
