I like the store and the workers are friendly. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is I had to bring back 3 power steering pump that were all defective. Ended up going to pick & pull to get a used one instead of autozones refurbished ones cause they dont make new for my year anymore. So time my car ended up down for repairs was almost 3 weeks and cost to pay my mechanic should have been less than $100 for the first repair but ended up paying almost $600 for all the additional work and going to pick and pull to remove that one. When I brought back the first pump the worker even told me that they are considering not selling them anymore due to having so many problems with the referbished pumps.

Had a really great experience at this Autozone location yesterday. I needed to replace the battery in my car, and while another Autozone was out of stock, they held the right battery type at this location. Upon arrival, an employee spent 20 minutes extracting the old battery from my car, ringing up the new battery (with the battery exchange discount of about $20), and then installing the new battery in my car. Overall, top notch service. Its probably harder for them to spend so much time per customer if theyre super busy, but if they have time, theyll put in the effort.

It would be difficult to find a store that is less efficient. Go to the Redwood City location if you want a good shopping experience. Otherwise, plan on waiting a long, long time. If there are 4 people in line, you can assume it will take you an hour. And whatever you do, do NOT order online for store pickup! They do not process them at this store for days, and even then, you cant just "come in and pick it up" like they advertise, you still have to wait in the crazy long, slow line. Not worth it. Only thing going for it? Very nice staff (not efficient, just nice).

I went in to return a part under warranty. The manager laughed in disagreement, then walked off and started helping other customers all the while laughing to himself and speaking out loud about my warranty issue to them. Look, if you disagree about what is covered, that is one thing, but to wander around the store chuckling to others is completely unacceptable. By the way, I do disagree with the managers definition of their limited warranty. Ive never had an issue at any other Autozone before, but this place is epically bad.

Amazing customer service at this Autozone. I had to replace a battery and the team made the process effortless. David kindly looked up the type of battery my car needed and had it waiting for me when I arrived. The store closed minutes after I picked up my battery and Kenny stayed afterhours to put the battery in my car! Thank goodness too, because I needed to replace a terminal connection which he did as well. I have never had someone go to such lengths for customer service. Much appreciated!

Closed early - "Sorry, you should try another store". This isnt a particularly good AutoZone location at the best of times (the location itself or the store), so if its no longer convenient either, might as well shop somewhere with anything positive going for it.

helpful staff - but this spot was hard to see from the main road, I thought maps was mistaken that theyre still open & almost moved on. Theyre there, youve just got to look for the alley to the parking in the back.

This store the people that work in the air are nice they help you with your car if you have something to bring back the internet with the receipt they put parts on for you like your windshield wipers

Went in to get a headlamp. Guy looked it up for me, showed me the bulbs and told me the past number, asked if I needed one or two, picked out the cheapest pair and suggested it. Convenient and easy.
