If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The entire experience was fabulous. I started out calling around to seven different eye care providers in the Covington and Maple Valley area, and the deciding factor for me was how wonderful and courteous Caitlyn and April were with me on the phone, answering questions about insurance, billing, and scheduling. Then came the appointment. The office was clean and comfortable, with state of the art equipment, and everyone was so sweet and efficient and just so friendly. I got to meet Caitlyn and April and they were truly amazing. So kind, efficient, courteous, friendly. I barely spent five minutes filling out paperwork before they had me in the back with the tech, Cheyenne. She was professional and explained everything and was easy to talk to and very sweet. Then I waited maybe three minutes before meeting Dr. Grady Hollenbeck, who was so knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns, just wonderful. Then it was on to Jackie who helped me try on glasses and find a pair I loved and then also helped me order prescription sunglasses. She also walked me through the billing and insurance and pricing and made it all so simple. The best eye care experience I have ever had. I cant wait to go back in a week and pick up my new glasses and see everyone again. Would definitely recommend Advanced Eye Care of Covington and the amazing staff to anyone.

So it started when I lost my contact midday on a Saturday. Im from out of town, I did not have my regular glasses with me and I thought that I would be a will to survive on my trip with my last pair of contacts... Until I lost one. I made many phone calls to everyone I could find on yelp and many more that I found on Google maps. I called Advanced Eyecare and Was greeted by a compassionate person who took my problem and made it their goal to find me a solution. The staff and doctors went above and beyond on a Saturday to make sure that I got a contact lens. While every other company I called was happy to go home and didnt care , the staff here stayed a little later just to make sure that I could get there to pickup a contact and see again! Unfortunately I will only be in Washington for a few more weeks. If I am ever up here again, I would go out of my way to do business with these people. They have earned my business and have provided exemplary customer service far above and beyondwhat you normally expect in the industry.

I went to this place earlier this year and had an excellent experience. Their new 3D eye scanner is amazing, the process is extremely quick and informative, and it was very nice to get a thorough eye exam without needing to have my pupils dilated. Dr. Hollenbeck is very nice and approachable, and I had fun discussing geeky things with him while we went over my prescriptions. My new glasses have given me the sharpest vision Ive had in years - especially impressive given that I have a difficult case of astigmatism. Everyone in the office was very nice and efficient, making me feel welcome and well cared for. Definitely recommend!

I chose Advanced Eye Care of Covington for my first eye appointment at 57 years old. I felt like it was about time to have my eyes looked after, and since I had never been, I was a little nervous about the whole process. I shouldnt have worried - I had the best experience EVER. My daughter and I made back-to-back appointments and I felt comfortable about the entire process from check in to exam and afterward. They take time to explain things to you, they take time to make sure you are happy with your purchase, they take time to listen to you. I absolutely cannot recommend more highly!

Friendly, professional staff and no waiting. Has all the latest diagnostic tools so no need to dialate the pupils. Dr. Hollenbeck is easy going and thorough; he does a great job of explaining the test results and educating you about eye health. The optician was able to pick out, from a great selection of frames, a half dozen that were suitable for my face, turning a chore into a fun, easy decision. I was very pleased with my overall experience and so glad to have discovered advanced eye care!

Its been a few years since Ive had my eyes checked and I called Advanced eye care for an appointment, from start to finish I was impressed, the desk staff was polite and friendly, they gave me the paperwork to fill out ,explained what was covered under my insurance etc. The Dr I saw was great, he explained every step we went through in detail. He was very helpful with my concerns and explained the different options we had available. I would/will be using them for all my future eye care needs.

The doctor intuitively figured out I was able to focus through many adjacent lens options throughout the exam. Once he realized what was going on, his instruction for me to relax and just go with my initial reaction resulted in a more accurate and true prescription. The office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the frames and lenses they offer. The frame selection is only a little smaller compared to some places Ive been to, but Im sure youll find something that works for you.

I started going to Advanced Eye Care of Covington because it was one of my groups preferred providers and very close to my house. After going in for an exam I was very impressed with the equipment they use and service from the whole staff. My youngest son has a very strong prescription and wanted to find out about getting contacts. The doctor said right off the bat that we needed to talk to a specialist in this situation and guided us to someone who could help. Very appreciated.

Great doctor and staff. Dr Hollenbeck has all the latest technology and is very thorough in his exam and explains everything as he goes along. The office is extremely clean and well maintained. The selection of frames is fabulous and the staff will work with you until you are completely happy with your choice of frames. Cannot think of one thing negative to say about the whole experience, it was fabulous. Give this doctor a try you will not be disappointed at all.....

The professionalism from the staff to our eye Dr was top notch. The facility was beautiful. The care was thorough and customized to my husband & myself. We both left being impressed with not only the knowledge & detail displayed but the genuine concern from eye care, health to help with picking out the correct frames. Would highly recommend. Further more- I will be bringing our kids in soon to be cared for by this optical group of awesomeness :)

My wife and I both had eye exams recently at Advanced Eye Care. Great experience. The staff was very friendly and explained all of our options for new glasses. The eye Doctor was thorough in all aspects of my eye exam and had to run several tests as I wear tri-focals and gloucoma runs in my family. The eye Doctor really took his time to make sure all was well. We will definitely use this facility again in the future. Very service oriented.
