Came in to drop off several pre-paid packages. Walked up to door with arms full, no one even moved towards the door to help. 2 employees behind the counter and someone on the computer. No one seemed friendly, and provided minimum instruction of where to put the packages with no offer of assistance. Felt like I was somehow bothering them. Guess I was since I was just dropping off and not buying anything. Though, Im glad I didnt need any other services or products from this PostNet. Maybe they were just arguing or something before I walked in souring their mood and service? Who knows?

they ROCK!!! We needed some really important Docs scanned and put on a CD, They stayed 49 minutes over their closing time just to help us.. Thanks to his wife who sat there and waited for him and the gal for vaccuming around us.. You guys definalty have our business for now on .. Thanks again :-)

Contacted Postnet in Centralia because some packages were mistakenly delivered to them. They said they refused the packages, but postmaster and delivery driver said the packages were not returned. When I asked the owner, owner said my companys FedEx packages were no longer welcomed at his store.
