I have done business with this specific UPS Store for the last several years including a subscription to one of their medium business mail boxes. I also use their shipping services. I have been very happy with their service, particularly that of Ryan, the store manager and Andrew one of the clerks. Ryan is customer service oriented and uses his initiative and knowledge of the business and their services to help me cut unnecessary costs, increase my business efficiency and in my quest for increasingly professional services. Andrew is also service oriented and like, Ryan, goes above and beyond to support their customers. In reading through some of the prior reviews, I was surprised to see some of the less flattering reviews but it is clear that not all the complaints can be attributed to the UPS store or their employees. When you are dealing with multiple shipping vendors with a high volume of mail and packages, there are bound to be some glitches. In the case of this UPS store that sure seems to be more the exception than the rule. I just renewed my mailbox at the store because of the professional service.

Allow me to give this place a negative review. I have had this PO box in Napa for a few years. I am in Los Angeles. I receive notification my bill is due. Fine. I go to call it in. Confirm I have the right UPS store up there and the girl says "we used to located there". WHAT??!!! She explained they moved the store and would have someone contact me. A guy named "Scott" calls me. I asked him why is this the first I have hear of this? Why I havent received notification is beyond me. Well, we left a notice in your box. I said what about sending an email? His response? He said "I dont know". I told him I am in Los Angeles. He says "I dont know your travel schedule, lady...". First off, if this was my employee, Id fire him. I asked him for the owner. He gives me her name, Patty Myers and continues with good luck getting ahold of her..... Is this a guy you would have work for you? Barbara Wolford

Id have to say my experience couldnt have been any worse. I go into the store because the manager Ryan put the old label on my package instead of the return label. So then my package gets delayed. It was supposed to be two days because thats when it had to get there. So I went in to ask since it was Ryans fault that he pays for the one day delivery since he made the mistake. He tell me no, that it is not his fault but that it is mine. I could not believe the nerve this guy had. I told him it was his mistake that he should fix it. Since he was the one that took the old label off the old package and stuck it on the new one. So then I asked him for his card and he told me he doesnt have any right after I saw him hand another customer one. I asked again for one he said I couldnt have one so I asked for his name and left. Ryan has to be the worst person at customer service and should be fired immediately!

My wife and I have had a mailbox at this UPS store for almost 2 years now. We are always greeted by very friendly associates every time either of us walk in the door. Most of the time we are greeted by name. It is always a great experience anytime we have to collect our mail as we are always asked if we can be helped with anything at all. The manager Ryan is probably one of the nicest people Ive ever spoken to and he is always on top of things. From giving us a call to let us know our box is a little full to giving us a heads up about our box renewal coming up. Ryan is extremely professional and one of the best customer facing personalities you ever want to engage with. All in all, the people at the store make the experience what it is and Ive enjoyed it! Thank you UPS Store and Ryan for always going above and beyond for us!

I love this store! As a stay home mom I dont have time to go shopping for clothes at multiple stores. I use Amazon prime to have clothes and shoes mailed to me and mail back what doesnt fit or what I didnt like. Amazon prime makes my life easy by free shipping and this UPS store makes my free returns the most pleasant experience I could ask for! I dont have a printer at home so I always email them copy of my return labels and they always have them ready for me. Yesterday was Presidents Day and I assumed that they were closed but they were not. I did email them my return labels the night before. Although I didnt come in they did not throw them away at the end of the day. I have actually received a call from Ryan, the store manager, asking if I still needed them. What an awesome curtesy on their behalf!

When I first needed a mailbox, I first looked into the post office and considered it for the cheaper cost. The long lines and crowds were a turn-off so i decided to try UPS for 3 or 6 months first. Ive been a customer now for about 2.5 to 3 years now and just renewed for another year. The main guy, Ryan, is always extremely helpful and take care of any package I send or receive. I even get a call when I get mail in so I dont have to stop by every day to check my empty box. A long as these guys keep doing what they do, Ill continue to keep doing business with them. Highly recommended.

I love coming to this place! I always get greeted with great customer service and treated like a customer is suppose to be treated. Staff here is awesome, Ryan helped me and got me in and out in no time. He answered all my questions and he took great care of my package. Dont waste your time with FedEx, those guys gave me the run around and they couldnt answer my questions at all. I got over charged and my package never made it in time. I can always count on UPS to satify my needs. All the staff there is awesome and thank you guys for your hard work.

We rent a box here for our small business, and also recommend this location for our clients. Ryan, the manager, is always available to lend a helping hand. As one of the on staff notaries public, I also recommend this location for notary services, something that can be tough to find. The other staff members always present a happy face and good customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this business for mail, print, shipping/logistics, or other UPS services.

I was on my lunch break and in a big hurry to print and email paperwork to a company back east. Im new to the area so when I finally found the UPS store in Napa I only had 10 minutes to spare. Ryan the manager at the store realized how stressed I was and came to my aide. Ryan was kind and professional, and went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
