We like this location and we have a mailbox here while we are building. After we get th mailbox from usps Im not sure we will keep it. I love the text notification of our packages and they keep our mail securely. The actual store does enough services for us on the ups side. My only complaint after almost a war of great service is that we did a notary service here ($20 for two letters we needed notarized) and we mailed it from here with the discussion that it wasnt in a rush and to please send it out the next day as we knew wed passed that days service when we came in after 5pm. The letters werent sent for two days after we gave to ups which delayed the letter another day. Thankfully the person who received the letters could get it on a Saturday and submit what they needed Monday. However if I ever need a rush I will be cautious to use this place but everything else weve had through here has been good.

After having a couple of different employees start to help and take off to help others, one employee finally though it might be a good idea to actually stay with me and finish shipping the package. After a bunch of questions that were obvious on the package itself (if he had just bothered to look) he double charged me for the package and charged way more than is reasonable for the service I was asking. He gave me a frequent shopper card. I informed him that with how poor they were at customer service that I come in once every 5 years when I have no other options, tore up the card and threw it away. Its like going to the DMV. You have to do it once in awhile, but you dont like it and cant wait for it to end.

I initially went to another UPS Store to drop off a prepaid package and was told by the staff member that she wouldnt issue me a dropoff receipt. Because I felt this documentation was important, I left. I then called this location, on 34th St. and was told not only could I get a package drop off receipt she felt it was important I have one for my records when sending something back prepaid to Dish Network. Even though this first store I tried is just across the street from my office, I will never go back to them and I will ALWAYS make the trip out to 34th St., just for their friendly and helpful staff!

I stopped off at The UPS Store the other day on a whim. Its very difficult being a small business owner, having to wear all of the hats, marketing is my priority right now. I needed some guidance on possible marketing tools. Ross was so gracious and directed me to the expert in his store who sat down right then with me. We talked about possible marketing ideas and she said she would get back to me with lay outs. Sure enough, the next day she had some amazing ideas and graphic designs! I would highly recommend Ross, his crew, and The UPS Store in Camas!

Went in to mail 2 shirts, picked up 2 white large envelopes that said $1.89 each. I looked at receipt and I was charged $4.99 per envelope! I asked the associate who helped me if that price was right, he said yes our new owners have not changed the prices that are on the shelves! Highway robbery being charged $10.00 for 2 white large envelopes! Not happy with whomever the NEW owners are!

I mailed the same items for my small business here regularly. Unfortunately today I went in and was told that the price I paid every single time before for USPS was increased due to new management. Instead of paying $2.70 Id be paying $5. Unfortunately I will no longer be using this store for my shipping needs. Bad business.

A great store! I have had my mailbox there for almost 4 years now and they have always taken great care of all my shipping needs. The managers are friendly and all their staff always makes me feel welcomed. I also like that the owners/managers hire some younger kids to help them out and give them a chance in the work force.

DO NOT go to this ups store! Managers are very unfriendly and unwilling to help. The employee who helped me, filled out my form wrong and my shipment got delayed at customs. They pushed all fault onto us and said we should have known the process of sending internationally. Worst customer service ever.

Exasperating. All I can say. Im mystified how this owner keeps this franchise. UPS is a great company, but this location is a mess. As an independent business person, Ive relied on box rentals for years. These guys just cant seem to get it right. Tons of employees but service is ridiculously slow.

I had some beautiful rather large banners made at this UPS Store. They designed them for me and they turned out awesome. They were also on time. This store does a lot more than just shipping, they do printing of all sorts. Give them a try, I had a good experience and you probably will as well!

Couldnt put my wesbsite on my biz card in pdf. I had to photoshop that in myself. And then, asked me to e-mail my cards in JPEG....not pdf... um...isnt that why Im coming to you? Do it fast. You might as well ask me to buy a nice printer and print my own cards... and still pay you...

This UPS Store is so much more than shipping. I use them often to print color documents or training workbooks. They are quick, generally 24 hours, and neatly stacked in order when I arrive to pick them up. The staff is always friendly and polite. Great services!

My experience with this UPS store has been excellent. Any time I have needed last minute help with a work project, the staff have been extremely helpful. I go out of my way to visit this location, because I know I will get the support I need right away!
