Horrible older controlling woman who was arrogant and talked down to me. She wanted me to read my reward card number to her and then kept interrupting me while I was doing it. Then she acted arrogant like it was my fault that she couldnt get the numbers right. Too complicated and high maintenance. Horrible customer service. These people think they are Gods gift to customers. I left with no drink. Over it.

My mom and I bought our drinks from the Starbucks in the parking lot of Fred Meyers. We did not try our drinks until we jumped in the car to go over to Freddys to shop. Our drinks were TERRIBLE. We walked over to the Starbucks in Fred Meyers and talked to Carly. She was very accommodating and made our drinks taste amazing! Even when it was not their fault! She is awesome :)
