This Black Rock Coffee always has welcoming, cheerful, smiling staff. They take the time to talk to you and get to know you. I have yet to have a bad experience with this location, which I visit at least once or twice a week. I overall, one of the better locations of this great local coffe chain. Cant recommend enough.

What was good: Service: direct, friendly, smart, helpful, and accommodating. Coffee: Good! Some interesting options and fun flavor combinations. I appreciated the break from the ordinary. If you have problems with dairy: Their almond milk actually tastes good.

Employees are very professional and curtious. Problem was their latte machine has been broken for 2 days now. This is a relitively new facility. Should not have happened and they should have had a contingency plan for this scenario.

I love BlackRock, they are my go to local coffee shop! All the baristas are so friendly and always have a smile on theyre face :) the coffee here is awesome! Absolutely recommend this place to all coffee lovers in all walks of life!

Very pleasant, interactive staff that make you feel very welcomed when you step in the door. The venue is clean and offers seating to study and wifi to look at all the cat memes. Great place to get alot of "studying" done.

We are from Georgia visiting and we saw this epic coffee shop and had to stop by. Glad we did because Robin was so awesome and so was the Jackhammer. Definitely worth stopping by. Robin kicked it up a notch.

Good coffee but they take forever! I can be waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes for 4 cars. Wish they would do something to speed up the service. Maybe less small talk?

Black Rock has a great white mocha, the staff at this location was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was very quiet and cozy while I was there.
