Used the drive through for a vanilla bean frappachino. I specifically asked for the drink with no whip cream - just too much sugar - but they put it on anyway. I asked them to re-make the drink and the staff member was a bit rude about it and said they could just take it off. Also, the line for the drive through is pretty slow, and was disappointed with this one.

Typical Starbucks coffee shop. The employees are friendly and the store is welcoming. I enjoy the experience each time I go. Drive thru is fast and my order is correct 99% of the time. Even if they do mess up your order, they will fix it without argument.
