There isnt much I can write about this coffee shop, other than the fact that it has been the sole provider of caffeine and one of a a few providers of happiness for several key years of my life. I lived around the corner from this coffee shop from 2011-2014, and I have seen it evolve from a dingy convenience store to a colorful, bustling hub for meetings, studying, socializing, and live music. I was blessed to perform here a couple of times while in college, offering me a supplemental assignment in performance under my music degree. The value in these performances were innumerable, and I cannot be more grateful for the laid back, friendly and supportive vibe that this shop provides. If it isnt a combination of nostalgia, rose tinted glasses, and a romantic and cozy decor, it is certainly the quality of the coffee that still brings me back to Seven Coffee after having moved out of the neighborhood 3 years ago whenever I am in the neighborhood. This shop is emblamatic of what a good coffee shop provides for its community: high quality coffee, personality, a comfortable/social environment, and a true sense of place. This shop is truly a gem, support it.

This place was a delightful find on one of my husbands and my trips to Seattle. Its a very quaint shop with great coffee, breakfast and snack items. I believe they serve lunch as well, but Ive been their for breakfast. We go there every time we go to Seattle. I enjoyed the coffee so much that I started buying it online. The coffee is wonderful, rivaled only by the service. I recently ordered the wrong coffee by mistake. When I wrote to tell of my problem, I said I wasnt sure if I had made the mistake or if the problem was outside of my actions. They werent concerned about whose fault it was. They said theyd send me the coffee I wanted and that I could keep the other one or gift it. I was amazed! Who gives service like that! I cant recommend them enough. And if youre in the area, go to the shop and indulge in a wonderful drink and friendly chat. (One evening I walked in on an impromptu string quartet.) You never know what youre going to find there, but you can always be sure its good.

I placed an order to be sent to my son who loves this coffee and it was delivered quite quickly, but the mail person left it in an unsecured area of an apartment building...and it went missing. I guess I wasnt really surprised by that especially at this time of year, but I was surprised that when I called the store and sent an email, I was greeted by such fantastic employees who responded to the situation immediately and re-shipped the coffee at no additional expense ,the same day, to a different address. I was floored because this rarely happens these days, and was so thankful that they are such an upstanding and outstanding company. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to dealing with them in the future! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

These people not only have super coffee roasts, they know how to provide great customer service too! I was sold even before I messed up. I recently placed an order and failed to select the correct roasts; completely my fault. I called the next morning before they opened and left a voicemail requesting a change in roasts. I received an email later that day letting me know they had already shipped my freshly roasted order but that they would send the requested coffee at no charge! A great experience all around.

This café/market is a saintly pillar of the Ravenna neighborhood. I loved it the moment I laid eyes on it, likely because I could sense the delicious coffee and pastries within. All the Baristas I met are very friendly and provide great service. The shop is small, not for big groups, but quiet and charming. On a sunny day, grab a coffee or beer (yes they have plenty of beer and wine), and a croissant and sit outside on their little chairs before strolling over to Ravenna bridge, just a block away.

I found this place on one of my many walks. They are more than just a coffee shop since they are also a mini convenience store. I was treated with a warm welcomes. I had to sit down and stay. Another neat feature unique to this place is that every Wednesday night around 7 there is a group that plays Irish folk music. They have been playing at the cafe long enough that the cafe extends its hours till 9 for them. The spot has very limited seating so do come early to get a seating.

I absolutely love this little local cafe. I discovered it 2 months before I was due to move out of the area, and I wished I had discovered it sooner. The atmosphere is really chill, a great place to chat with friends or work on homework. They have seating outside which is great in the summer. All their staff is super friendly and they feature a different artist every month. Ok, rant over, now go and enjoy this beautiful little u-district gem!

This is one of my top 3 favorite coffee shops to post up at with my computer or a book. The barristas are all very friendly and personable, and are happy to chat with you. They feature local artists every month, and I always enjoy their choice of music (usually local radio). Dog and kid friendly. Great beer selection, as well as some on tap! They roast their own coffee, which is absolutely unique and delicious - even their drip is to die for!

Cute little coffee/convenience store. Greatly promotes local brands. Theres a small sitting area for if you want to hang out and drink your coffee. They serve kona coffee, which is amazing. Besides their drip coffee, their prices were a little high but I dont mind stopping in every now and then. The coffee itself is good as well and they have some food options that adhere to dietary restrictions.

I dont usually write reviews, but Im full of gratitude today. Siri, the woman who made my delicious coffee, fed me, and then she found me a place to live. She remembered my name when I came back a second time, to thank her for connecting me with a nearby property manager. And while sitting here, I notice she remembers everyones name. I will come back here for sure. And thank you Siri!

This is an adorable neighborhood coffee spot. In addition to their house-brand, locally roasted beans, they carry a diverse and expanding array of local brands. A great study spot, especially on warm days when they open up the garage door wall to let the breeze in! On the market side of things, pantry goods are really marked up - best to do your grocery shopping elsewhere.

I love the coffee here - 7 Roasters is one of the best in Seattle. The atmosphere is conducive to Saturday bumming around days sitting in the sun looking out into the green neighborhood or if you have to you can work from the place. Free WiFi with no passwords to worry about. Food looks good - with some vegan / vegetarian / gluten free options. Most definitely recommend.

Seven is one of my top favorite coffee shops in Seattle. Since Seattle is so rich in coffee, it is a joy to find places like this that stand out by providing roasting their coffee to perfection. With their guidance, I learned my love of Sumatran coffee, and Ive been addicted ever since. I highly recommend them if you are a coffee snob or simply coffee snob curious. ;-)
