The experience we had at this store is one of the worst I have ever had. My sister was following my two-year-old around while I shopped. My daughter had found a teddy bear, and was carrying it around. The gentleman at the counter asked to see the bear and actually took it away. Although I heard him ask, I though he was just talking to her. I didnt realize he had taken it, or I would have left right then. I buy my daughter toys at antique shops all the time. I would have been happy to buy it if it hadnt been taken. Then, my daughter started to take a business card from the counter, and the women at the counter actually said, "Those cost us money." One, I highly doubt it as there are a ton of sites that offer them for free. Two, I am a big antique shopper and probably would have used it. At this point, I flipped my lid and ordered my sister and niece out of the store. On our way out, the lady actually said, "I dont know how you handle that." I said, "Lets go! We know where were not wanted." My daughter is energetic. So what! She didnt break or hurt anything. I take her to estate sales and antique shops all the time. She knows what fragile means. She could say it herself before her 2nd birthday. If you have kids, avoid this shop. Also, I got a little globe at the store next door for $6. They had the same one for $18. Expensive and rude.

We love this place. Lived in the area for a year and visited every month or so and cannot recall a time when we did not leave with at least something for our apartment. I find the couple who owns the place to be very friendly and reasonable. I would certainly recommend it for any looking for a few unique pieces for their residence.

Beware of these two. They come across as soooo honest, but the wife is shrewd. . Theyll get you to underprice a consignment and youll never know how much theyll eventually sell it for. People drop off stuff and unless they follow-up the store will move their merchandise to their "warehouse". I feel I was cheated.
