I had the worst experience ever at this store. I arrived at the store soon after opening to purchase a weed eater that attachments could be added. I told the manager/owner exactly what I wanted. When I got home and opened the box I realized that he had sold me the wrong one. I took it back to the store and told him that I was appalled at his lack of knowledge concerning the products that he sold. He said oh no this weed eater does take attachments. He went over and came back with an attachment just to find out that I was right and he was wrong. I asked him if he could just get me the right product. Instead he began processing my refund. Since I paid with debit I asked could I get cash back. His reply was "absolutely not ". After many fumbles he finally processed the card. I asked if I could get the correct product and he stated that he was out of that product. I then went over to the weed eater area and I did see the product. I asked could I purchase it. His reply was that he was the owner/manager and he reserved the right to refuse selling me the product because of the way I talked to him. I only stated him he wasnt knowledgeable. Perhaps if I wasnt black I would not have been denied service

Absolutely TERRIBLE... Ordered on line to pick up in store because the product was available.. Never received my "okay to pickup" email .. Was told it MIGHT be in on 12/22 / No DIFFINITIVE ANSWER.. Well this is a Christmas Present and that is not an option. Cancel the order and it takes 3-5 business days to credit me back/ ultimately a nightmare because I am still going to have to wait to get the trampoline and take the chance of this being out of stock by the time the refund is received. UNBELIEVABLE right before the holiday! Will NEVER shop with Sears again.

After chasing my tail for a week with the big Sears box store, I stumbled across this Sears home store and the folks there were awesome. John and Bill could not have been more helpful. I was in the door and out with exactly what I wanted in less than 20 minutes. Looks like customer service is not dead with Sears after all!

Their repair people are awesome. We also bought a new dishwasher. Great price and excellent installation. Not sure why anyone would use a big box store when this Sears is locally owned.
