I visited the store in Oct. of 2015 before the remodel, but on my return visit to pick up my dress, everything was still wonderful. First off, I was able to get an appointment on short notice. They were very polite on the phone with me and even sunnier in person. I was greeted as I walked in and my stylist was alerted to my arrival. Amanda was my stylist for the afternoon. Everyone was very welcoming to my Mom, future Mother-in-Law, and bridesmaid. Second, Amanda listened to what I wanted. She let me browse the racks on my own and explained how they were organized. She had the other ladies in the shop look for a dress she was having trouble locating. She grabbed the major styles for me to try on in addition to what my interests were. She let me organize the try on order. She apologized when the sample they had didnt fit me, but she didnt let that get me down. She was bright, helpful, and matter of fact. She felt like another one of my girlfriends. Third, now this may have been overwhelming to some people, but once she heard about my previous (bad) experience with another bridal shop that shares their name, she said lets treat this like this is the first dress youre putting on and start over. She had me try on styles that I was pretty sure I didnt want, but it really helped me make up my mind. She was never pushy and I never felt overwhelmed or lost in the process. Overall, I was really pleased with my experience. I would recommend anyone to go. I ended up purchasing a gown from an entirely different designer. I got everything I wanted from this visit. The ladies here are super supportive. Please DO NOT think that the VB All the Rage and the Chesapeake store by the same name are related. They are in no way the same. They are not owned by the same company or person. Do not go to the Chesapeake store thinking its another local store, it is not! If you went to the Chesapeake store, give the VB All the Rage a visit. Youll be pleasantly surprised.

I walked into the store wanting to make and appointment and take a peak around as I had never been there. I was just beginning to shop for my bridal gown and I was super excited. I was greeted when I came in and asked how I could be helped. I explained that I was just beginning to shop for a gown and before I could get another word out I was told that I had to make an appointment. I replied by letting them know that was fine but...and again cut off and told ONLY buy appointment. I again tried to ask to schedule an appointment and if they would tell me which designers they carry and I was again cut off for the third time by the dark haired lady behind the counter who was too busy texting on her phone to even look at me as she repeatedly interrupted me before I could get a word in SO...here is some information: I was looking to see if you carried a couple certain designers, I do not have a budget limit for my dress, and you could have shown me your boutique while you talked to me about setting up a time for an appointment. Here is something else you should know...I went to Ava Clara in Va Beach right after I left there and it was an AMAZING experience! I was treated with respect, scheduled an appointment and they walked me through the boutique just so I could see how nice and clean and FULL of amazing dresses it was. Oh, and I bought a very expensive, very amazing dress from them as well as referred my two other engaged friends to them who have appointments coming up. Work on your attitudes ladies, you work for your customers....its not the other way around. I have worked in retail and I would NEVER have treated someone that way. Remember, without your customers, you dont have a job and you never know how big of a sale you are losing! :)

Truly the worst experience I have ever had while shopping for ANYTHING. They are by far the most rude and uninformed group of individuals I have ever encountered. While there for my bridal appointment the consultant only told me what I wanted to hear. I caught her in 5 lies. She would say "this dress is my favorite on you" and then I would say "I love this" about another dress and shed say "Ive told you the whole time this is my favorite". This happened in a number of situations regarding dresses, colors, and styles. She came off as a sneaky car salesmen. I ended up leaving unhappy because I felt so cheated and insecure about what truly fit me best. A few days later my mother called up to get a dress style that I tried on to see the dress (she lives out of state and they will not let you take pictures) When she called up there they informed her I only tried on one dress, when I had really tried on 5 or 6 dresses ... they just didnt write any of them down ... like they said they would. When she asked if she could describe the dress to them and have them check the inventory the woman said "no". Keep in mind we have told them that we were planning on buying the dress FROM THEM, she just wanted to see it herself. I have looked ALL OVER THE DESIGNERS WEBSITE that they claimed this dress to be and it simply does not exist. Im not sure if they are selling old dresses, falsely categorized dresses, or knock offs - either way DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go into this store. They are rude and un-willling to help period. Both in and out of store. I am so upset that I found my dream dress and now will never find it again!

Hands down best customer service and selection! Back in February we came here to get my friends wedding dress. We made the bad mistake of stopping at another store first. Long story short I was expecting the worst after our experience at this first place. What a pleasant surprise when we walked into All the Rage! This boutique is so nice! It is so clean and organized inside. None of the sample dresses are stained or worn. Did I mention the customer service is amazing! We were greeted right away and sat in a beautiful viewing area IMMEDIATELY! The selection was amazing as well!! Literally anything you are looking for they have it. The staff are all super attentive and knowledgeable. We had two associates helping our bride and they were on her the entire time running to get other dresses for her to sample, showing her how it would look against her color scheme... They are great!!!! So obviously my friend got the dress on the spot. We came back today for our bridesmaids dresses and had another amazing experience! All the Rage is FLAWLESS! We tried on a huge variety of styles and also found the perfect bridesmaids dresses on the spot. Same experience with the staff, they are so great at what they do! Did you know they do suits for the groomsmen too?!? If you are thinking about going anywhere else take my advice and save yourself the headache. Their name say it all, trust me!

I called earlier today because I had narrowed down my choice of bridesmaid dresses between two dresses. So I called local bridal stores including All the Rage Virginia Beach to see if they had the dresses to try on. They had both in the store and then offered the prices for these dresses. They had the most reasonable prices so I decided that I would get my dresses there. I then called back one hour later to check on one more dress. I called and asked the sales person if she could tell me the price of this dress. She put me on hold found the dress and then asked if I had already ordered it. I told her that I was trying to narrow my search for bridesmaid dresses. She said, "Well we cannot give prices over the phone". I informed her I had just called an hour before and the sales person offered the prices. She said, "Well I do not know who you spoke with". No other bridal store had problems giving me prices over the phone. It just rubbed me the wrong way that an hour before they were willing to give me the prices without me even asking. Obviously, not everyone is informed on their procedures. I guess I will have to pay more at another store with better customer service.
