Okay, so where should I begin? I went to enchanted evening and tried on a few dresses and just wasnt finding the one. I tried a few different dress shops and drove hours, upon hours, upon hours, looking for MY dress. After feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, I saw enchanted evening had posted a picture of this dress and I had to try it on! Conveniently enough it is right down the street from me and I headed back to their store. Sum it up... I fell in love with this dress and will be wearing it one week from now. Ever since I have purchased this dress it has been nothing but problems. The staff starts off very friendly, but I felt like as soon as I was done spending my money they were over helping me. I purchased my veil in march and it took until two weeks before my wedding (February) to get the veil in that was promised by November. My maid of honor was promised a delivery date of November and her dress also just came in making it very difficult for her to complete the alterations being that she lives two hours away and had to drive here two weeks before the wedding to ensure this was done. They never called after my first round of alterations to tell me my dress was done and then charged me 220 dollars to take it in, not out. At the second fitting (that took almost two months) it needed taken in more and they told me there would be an additional cost to what I had already paid. It needed taken in at the hips, and they told me I must have lost weight in the hips... which we all know is impossible after three kids. So today I went and paid an extra sixty dollars when picking up my dress, and after all the money I have spent there you think they would have put the dress in something other then a white trash bag. (Previously when I had asked about replacing the ripped bag that was on it, they told me to buy one on amazon.) Im not sure what these people think they are doing but this is awful customer service. I will never recommend this place and Im awfully disappointed in myself for ever purchasing my dress from them.

What a complete shambles! Wedding are obviously a big deal and hinge on many factors, one of them being your bridesmaids dresses. To add to the stress, this shop only gave my wifes bridesmaids dresses a week before the wedding, with little time for adjustments. Of course adjustments we needed on dresses and it was a major rush (and the adjustments were not correct). It was too late to make further adjustments to the dresses so some were too tight, other not fitting properly etc. This was not an enchanted evening, the bridesmaids were uncomfortable and kept having to re-arrange the dresses making photo taking more stressful than it had to be. What made it worse was who we had to deal with, these ladies had a sharp, irritable attitude towards the bridal party. Hint of advice try make it a fun experience not a nightmare, especially when were planning to try create one of the most specials days of our lives. We will not recommend your services, because in reality it is more of a hindrance and the nasty attitudes that came along with it we totally unnecessary. There are many other boutiques and stores that will gladly help any wedding party, Enchanted Evenings is not one of those stores. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plaque.

I want to start with the good part - the dress looks beautiful and I have to say that the 2 ladies were professional and polite at all times, and helpful with the choice of dress etc. I have two complaints though - I ordered the dress in February and was told it would be ready at the end of May, it did not come in till about mid-July. Apparently it was being made overseas which I had not been told when I ordered it. The second complaint is about the ridiculously high price for the alterations - you seriously want to find out how much they are in advance or use your own seamstress. I am confident that the seamstress in question did not get anywhere near what the store charged me. The price of the alterations was HALF of what I paid for the dress (mother-of-the-groom dress).

I went to Enchanted Evening Bridal shop because a friend of mine went there for her wedding dress and had a great experience. So I decided to go there for my wedding dress as well. A good friend of mine needed a mother of the bride dress and I was looking for a dress for my wedding. We had a wonderful experience! Both ladies we dealt with were wonderful and excited for our events and were very attentative to our needs. I dealt a lot with Melissa, always a pleasure. Communication was quick. We were both thrilled with our dress choices! I just picked up my dress today. Im so excited for my big day. And the ladies want me to stop back to share pictures with them. Definitely recommend this dress shop! Thanks ladies for a wonderful experience! I am one happy bride!

Very small and cramped only room for one group at a time. We were a group of a bride and four bridesmaids of varying sizes. This store ONLY carries what most people call a size two! But of course in bridal size thats a 12. They only have one of each dress style in that small size. The styles were not what the bride had envisioned for her wedding and was she was unhappy that the majority of us couldnt try the dresses. The lady there noticed that we were most likely not going to be buying anything and started getting an attitude with us. The girl trying on dresses said "she was an aggressive zipper" once she caught onto the fact we werent going to buy anything. Basically, not a great place at all and very bad attitude. None of us would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a GREAT experience at this store, and with one particular sales associate named Melissa. I did not make an appointment, so I was not expecting to actually get to try any dresses on the day I went in, but they were able to accomodate me right away. Melissa was very knowledgeable about the differenet brands and was super sweet the entire time (not at all pushy like some sales people). She helped me find the dress of my dreams! I would highly recommend this store.

LOVE this place!!! I thought the ladies were very accommodating and did not rush me since I didnt know what kind of wedding dress I was looking for. I made an appointment and was the only bride there at the time. I tried on several styles and they were patient and honest which is what I was looking for! This place came highly recommended to me by two very dear friends of mine and I highly recommend this place to any bride! :) Enjoy shopping for your perfect dress!!

Would absolutely recommend this dress shop! Its a really cute, smaller store so you dont feel so overwhelmed when looking for a dress. They have a very unique, high-quality selection or they can order something for you if you dont see it in the store. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating when scheduling fittings, alterations, and pick-up. This was the wedding dress that I always dreamed of <3
