Actually, Charlene is more than a stylist; she takes meticulous care in her practice to promote healthy hair. I have hair that needs more than styling. My hair requires careful attention to stay healthy. Unlike most stylists that I used in the past who would turn away from providing the kind of hair care that I needed, Charlene consistently works with my hair, and the results are amazing. I consider Charlene to be a hair care specialist professional. Not only does she use the latest techniques to design the latest styles, she creates and maintains a professional service environment that is comfortable and inviting. My experience with Charlene was amazing... From the minute I called her to set up an Appointment until I walked out her shop... My Appointment was set for 6:30am... Because I was in desperate need for my hair to be done, she worked with me and set up a time and day... That was convenient for me.. I got a wash and set, and love the way it came out.... I originally wanted color.. She took a look at my hair and said no, she is all about healthy hair... I was happy I didnt get color, my hair wouldve fell out... Thank you.. It was hard to find someone to take care of my natural hair once arriving to the Hampton Roads area. However, I met Charlene and she is the best hair stylist Ive ever had. She can create some nice styles for military women to wear in uniform that will still be in regs!!!!! I have been coming to her for over a year now and I wouldnt recommend going any where else.
