I went to WW July 2013 after hitting all of the other area bridal stores and some in Harrisburg looking for my dream wedding dress. I was ready to accept one of the others that I tried on and just liked at another store but decided to try WW as a last resort to make sure there was nothing else out there. The ladies at WW were wonderful. I told them my budget and they picked dresses that were around that with the exception of one. My mother was paying for my dress but had the rule that she would break it if I found the one. I found the one at WW but was hesitant on admitting my love for it because it was way over budget and I would not let my mother go that far over. The owner ended up crunching numbers and gave us a discount on the dress that I was willing to commit to. They also allowed me to keep my dress there until my wedding October 11, 2014 and told me anytime I wanted to see it I could go in. About a month out I was having a hard time getting a hold of them because of the drama that had occurred but when I did everything was smooth sailing. I would recommend WW Bridal to anyone.

Both of my daughters are bridesmaids in my nieces wedding and my experience at W W Bridal Boutique was not the most positive. They were great when we were picking out the brides dress and the bridesmaids dresses but after purchasing the dresses not so much. I communicated to the staff and owner that I lived over 100 miles away and was going to pick up my daughters dresses the friday before the wedding and they said that would be fine. I did not need to call ahead or make an appointment. I arrived the Friday before & and the boutique was closed because they were on vacation. I was very upset not sure who to contact or how I was going to get the dresses. Luckily the sewing room contacted the staff. When they arrived NO apologies-they blamed the bride by saying that they mailed a "postcard" to the bride about how they would be closed for vacation. Their website did not mention this closure. To me this is unprofessional. They also attached a religious booklet to both my daughters dresses which is inappropriate. I would not recommend this boutique to future brides or bridesmaids.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Choosing a wedding dress can be a daunting task, and with the staff at WW Bridal this became a much easier process. They listened to my input and offerred suggestions to help make the decision making process easier. Ultimately they helped me find my dress, choosing one for me based on all the things I liked and disliked about ones I had already tried on. I love that they have an onsite tailor and worked with me to create the dress of my dreams. They have all the accessories you could possibly need as well. If you want to feel special when searching for dresses in a warm and friendly environment, looking for a professional honest staff with reasonable pricing, this is the place to go!

It is your Bridal Boutique. Privately owned. You should have the same rights as any other business....the right to refuse service. Restaurants do it, some will not allow children in their restaurant. It is their business...the right to refuse service. Thank you
