We had a horrible experience with the manager. When my bridesmaid dress was delivered to the shop I had to ask about trying it on and alteration. The manager said it didnt matter BC there was no seamstress there that day and I would have to call and make an appointment and come back. the manager didnt want to deal with me after that BC she was trying to sell dresses to my mom and granma. my mom tried on a dress and magical seamstress arrived to discuss alterations. When paying my mother mentioned a store credit we had and instantly the manager said there was no store credit. we asked her to check the brides file and what do you know we had a store credit. the manager didnt apologize. With my grandma she paid for half for a dress she was ordering and and being delivered to her home out of state with all intentions of coming back to k and b bridal for alteration BUT instead three weeks before the wedding she called the bridal shop and the same manager said she wont get her dress till she pays the other half and changed the delivery from my grandmothers in Michigan to the bridal shop. Pretty much holding her unaltered dress hostage. My grandmother stated she was told to pay after she got the dress and did a consultation with the seamstress at k and b. My grandmother mailed a check and the shop waited till the check was deposited before they sent the dress. My grandmother got the dress a week before the wedding and still had to go get alterations at a Michigan seamstress. We will never go there again. And Ive told everyone who asks me for recommendations to stay away from this shop.

I had a wonderful experience at K&B Bridal. I purchased my wedding dress here for our June 2016 wedding. The gals at the shop were always so kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I bought my gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress at a K&B trunk show event (which was super fun, and I even got a little discount on the dress!) The shop is adorable, and I love that they are a full-service boutique that works with other vendors. The shop staff made me feel so special and taken care of during my dress shopping experience. There was a little stress at one point, as I started a new hobby with my Fiance (indoor rock climbing) about 6 months before the wedding. The dress originally fit almost perfectly, but then when I went to the "final" alteration, it wouldnt close! (new shoulder muscles!)! *insert panic mode!* The staff worked with me to take the dress back out in the short time frame before the wedding. They kept me calm and never had any doubt that the dress would be perfect for my day. And it was!! Thank you K&B for such a wonderful experience. I continue to recommend your shop to all of my friends and family in the area. PS- this may seem like common sense, but do not start a brand new exercise after you have already had your wedding dress altered! LOL.

Just got my wedding dress at K&B last weekend, it was a wonderful experience! The place is open, modern, clean, and friendly. It has not been open too long (I dont think) so the shop is all newly renovated and looks great. They made me feel like I was the only Bride in the world. It was an experience I thought I would not have since my budget was middle range. They respected my budget and made me feel support. They ended up suggesting that I work with them and their talented seamstress and designer to customize my dress, to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed, or that I was being too needy and I ended up getting my dress on my first visit and got some extra discounts. I worked with Emily and she was great, it was refreshing because you could tell she really enjoyed her job. I learned at the end that I was her first bride! The other employees were great too. I ended up bring five people with me and they made us all feel welcomed and involved in the experience. They have other business with offices in the same building (hair and makeup, jewelry design, travel, ect.) worth just walking around or going to if you are even just looking for a veil, necklace, or other little touches that you cant find other places.

I am not one to post complaints but I am very disappointed with K&B. My daughters Maid of Honor dress was ordered way too big due to incorrect measurements by K&B. Chris was not pleasant to deal with, she insisted because my daughter signed off it was her fault. (of course she signed off , you are the professional) They would not exchange her dress for a smaller size at their cost. We had to have it pretty much remade by another seamstress. This almost $300 dress needed $200 in alterations. Would not recommend.

I did not purchase my wedding dress here however I have worked with Emily and other staff for different items and every interaction has been lovely. They were so kind to me and my grandmother, even after I purchased a dress elsewhere. I would highly recommended this shop for everything wedding. The building houses more than just the dress shop, theres a florist, tailor, event coordinators, etc. Its a one-stop shop. Wonderful women.

I had not very pleasant experience but my mom left a review already. I wanted to mention that while waiting for my family a bride came in to pick up her veil. And the manager very rudely told her " the groomsmen better come in before five to get their stuff bc we close soon" the bride was confused and looked like she was about to cry. It was the day before the wedding, dont talk to a bride that way.

Bought a $230 bridesmaids dress here and the fitted me for a size 12 and I asked them to order a size 10. When the dresses came in I fit perfectly in my sisters size 6 dress. Alteration wouldnt be such a big deal, however, this strapless dress is tight up top and flowy at the bottom. No idea how anyones going to alter this dress to make the DD sized top fit my A cup boobs...

Was searching for wedding dress. The consultant was not helpful and wouldnt suggest any other dresses. They seemed stuck-up. Imagine the Pretty women scene where the shop didnt want her to shop there. This is that place! decided to go to Davids bridal in Glen Burnie. I would recommend Robert. I ended up with my dream dress there.
